Let me fall in love w/ an artist .. But not one that's so full of himself and self centered that he'll break my heart cause then he'll be just like the rest ..but one that cares so much about how I feel he doesn't make me cry or doesn't make me feel like I'm not good enough
..one that doesn't mind sharing what he does and sometimes lets me join in on that project ..
Let me fall in love with an artist who just isn't talented but also knowledgable, one that can see both sides of the world and one who is honest in bringing it out in their work ..
Let me fall in love with an artist whose hands are rough , so I can make them soft again , whose brushes are so tinted I can buy him new ones , who when asked to be faithful it isn't too much ..
Let me fall in love with an artist so when I read my poetry , he'll understand the artistic nature of it and not just snapping because it sounds nice but snapping because it took time
