"Its time to put ornaments on the tree" Olivia yelled up the stairs. I was helping Mathew unpack. We both ran downstairs like little kids waking up at 4:30 in the morning on christmas day. All the lights were already up and they looked amazing. My parents and Alyssa were sitting on the couch watching Christmas Story. Christmas Story is are family's favorite movie, we quote the movie all the time and we could probably say all the lines backwards. My favorite part was when he licks the pole and his tongue gets stuck to the flagpole. Once the movie is over I go upstairs to get into my pjs and fall right to sleep. All the sudden i was woken up by Mathew. "Hey I want to show you something." He sat me down in his room in a large sheet tent and took out his Macbook went to Netflix and turned on pretty little liars. We love this show and bonded over it for years and never have we missed a episode even if it meant staying up till one in the morning on a school night. Life feels complete now that Mathews home. I hope he never leaves again.
