I am so tired of people telling me to move on and to find someone else. I am so tired of people telling me that it is his loss. And most of all, I am tired of people telling me that if he really wanted it, he would fight.
I know that if he really wanted it, he would fight. But, some people were not born fighters. Some people have never had to fight. Some people have never been forced to fight. Fighters fight because that is the only choice they have.
Inside, I know he is the one. I may be young but I am anything but naive. When its love, you know it is. Love happens when you refuse to give up.
I may not have a lot of support when it comes to hoping for a future together. However, my heart is the only support I need.
Now, I just need to prove to him why I am doing what I am doing. How? By forgetting the negatives of the past and focusing on the future.
