Chapter 11

KENDALL'S P.O.V

We sat down at the table. Justin was sitting across from me and my mom was at the end of the table. "So Justin, how did you and Kendall meet?" My mother asked.
Justin looked over at me and started talking. "Um..we were partnered up togethor in a class to work on a project. Ever since then we've been talking." I started to remember when the teacher first paired us up togethor and how mad and pissed off I was, and know here I was in my dining room eating dinner with him. Fuck my life.

After dinner I helped my mom clean up while Justin helped too. "You guys can go work on that project you guys were talking about I'll clean up the rest" Justin nodded and I just gave my mom the death glare but she didn't catch on.
"Thank you for dinner, I enjoyed it very much." Justin smiled up at my mom.
"Oh, no problem sweetie, glad you enjoyed my cooking!" After my mom said that I started walking up the stairs to my room and justin was right beside me. When I got in to my room I quickly burst.
"Justin what the hell are you trying to do? Why are you here? Why are you making my life worse!"
"Look Kendall, I came to talk just please let me explain myself."
"No Justin we have nothing to talk about, I don't want to talk just leave me alone." I was going to walk away but then he grabbed my hand and pulled me back. I could see the sadness in his eyes, but I didn't let it get to me.
"Let me go Justin!" I whisper yelled so that my mom couldn't hear us.
"No not until you talk to me."
"I'm talking to you right know aren't I?"
"Kendall I'm sorry ok" I wasn't listening and trying to pull my arm away and trying to get loose from his grip. But then he pushed me uo against a wall and looked me strait in the eyes.
"Kendall I know what I did was wrong but they were pressuring me. I told them but I didn't think that that's what they were going to do. You have to understand me when I say that I didn't mean for any of this to happen." I was trying so hard not to cry just thinking about it. Justin was looking to my eyes to my lips. I was looking into his eyes and I felt something. I didn't even now what I felt. Justin was always good looking but I never felt this way about him before. We were just staring at each other in silence for a couple of minutes until Justin leaned in and kissed me. surprisingly I kissed back and I actually really liked it. It wasn't my first kiss but it was definitely the best one I had. Our lips moved in sync and it was just so magical and perfect. We eventually pulled away to breath. He smiled down at me and put his forehead on mine I smiled back at him too. Maybe Justin wasn't that bad but he was definitely not someone to screw around with. I knew that he was one of the players in our school but it wouldn't hurt to give him a chance. Right?
"We should get started on that project we were talking about or your mom's gonna be suspicious" He said still smiling I nodded still not being able to say anything back. We sat down did our research and we started our project. By the time we were done it was 7:30.
"I should get going I don't want to worry my mom." He said.
I looked up and nodded my head.
"Thanks for coming here and working things out I really appreciate it Justin."
Justin smiled down at me and pecked my lips before he left.

The next day

All I could think of was Justin that day. I wonder if he had any feelings towards me. I don't even know what we are. My feelings really did change towards Justin because of what happened yesterday. I learned that he could have a good side to. Oh and that kiss. That kiss was amazing. I couldn't sleep without thinking of our kiss and smiling. I'm really acting like those girls in movies. But I just couldn't stop thinking about it. Today I was supposed to hang out with Rose and Ryan. Rose said that Justin was supposed to come too and she said that she hopes I was okay with that but little did she know that I was more than okay with that. Last night I was thinking about it and after thinking for a while I chose not to tell Rose and Emma what happened with me and justin. Don't get me wrong I love and trust my best friends but this was just too much and I don't know if Justin would appreciate me telling anyone so I just chose to keep my mouth shut. I went down stairs and helped my mom clean up with the kitchen.
"So... what do you think about that Justin guy." My mom said she was trying to hold back her laughter but she failed.
"Mom we are just friends nothing more."
"Really? He's a cute kid Kendall and I could really tell he likes you." I looked up at my mom smiling.
"Why do you think he likes me?"
"You didn't see the way he was looking at you when we were talking while eating dinner. Every time i looked up at him I was seeing his eyes on you."
"Do you really think he likes me?" I asked and my mom nodded.
"Do you like him too Kendall?"
"I don't know mom he's cute but I don't know i think we are fine just being friends."
"Well make sure you bring him to dinner again I enjoyed his company he complemented my cooking too!" Me and my mom both burst put laughing. I really do love my mom and moments like this is what I live for to see her happy and smiling after she has been through all that she is a pretty strong women if you ask me.
"I'm supposed to hang with Rose today I'll see you later mom love you!" "I love you too sweetie stay safe." She said pointing a finger at me. We both smiled before I left. I got in my car and was on my way to Roses house. I saw Ryans car already there so that means he's already there I wonder if Justin came. I walked in the house and to my surprise Justin was there. I greeted Rose and Ryan with a hug. I smiled at just and just said hi. I didn't want to hug or everyone would be suspicious so I still had to kinda act like I didn't like him. After talking with them all I had to use the bathroom and excused myself. After I was don't with my business I was about to walk out the bathroom until I was pushed back in. I looked up and saw it was Justin. He turned around and locked the door so no one would walk in on us.
"Justin what are you doing they are going to get suspicious and then find us!" I whisper yelled.
"You weren't talking to me so I just came up here to talk." He smiled down at me I tried to keep a serious face on but I couldn't so I just smiled back. He hugged me and I hugged back I felt really safe in his arms. We were just hugging and talking. He closed the toilet and sat down on it I was just standing there and he motioned for me to come over. I was confused but followed his orders. He sat me down on his lap. Well this is awkward. I spoke up so that it wouldn't be as awkward.
"You know my mom really liked you."
"Really?" Justin asked amused.
"Yeah she said that you were complementing her food and how nice you were. She even said that she would love for you to over for dinner again." Justin chuckled at the last part.
"I would love too. But she was seriously a good cook no lie." We both laughed until he leaned in and we'll we simply had a make out session. Until Rose called my name from downstairs. "Kendall are you okay? You've been up there for the past hour! And where is Justin?" I quickly got out of the bathroom and told Justin to stay in there. "Um Justin got lost trying to find the bathroom. So I helped him find it?" I said but it came out more of a question.
"It took you that long to help him?" I panicked but then came uo with an idea
"Um I'm on my period and was trying to find pads until I noticed that I had some in my purse and that took me like 20 minutes to figure out and then I walked and justin asked me to help him find the bathroom. "Oh okay then come on we are playing a game."
We were playing uno and what happened earlier kept replaying in my head I couldn't stop smiling.
