Chapter 5

Bry's POV
I just woke up, and Dylan dmed me while I was sleeping! He said that he is so excited to hang out with me alone today! I have to go tell Mia!

"Miaaaaaaa" Bry said while shaking her so she would wake up.

"What bry? What are you doing? It's only 9:00 a.m." Mia mumbled back.

"Dylan told me that he is so excited to hang out with me today alone!!" Bry said excitedly.

" OOOH girl it's definitely a date then! Don't deny it ahhaha!" Mia replied.

"Hahah whatever! I need to go get ready. I'll come back in here when I'm ready!" Bry said.

"Ok! What time is he coming to pick you up?"

"He's picking me up at noon! I still have no idea what we're doing lol"

"What? Ahah he hasn't told you?"

"Nope bc he wants it to be a surprise!"

"Aw that's cute! Ok go get ready!"

Mia's POV
I'm so happy for Bry! She's going on a date with Dylan! She has dreamed of this happening! While Bry is on her date, I think I'm going to go grocery shopping and stop by Starbucks! Man I really need to get a boyfriend lol

Bry's POV
My hair is being SO STUPID right now! It won't straighten and it's driving me crazy! Ohhhhh I see the problem....I forgot to plug it in. Oh gosh. Doing good..doing good. I'll just blame it on the fact that I'm pretty nervous to hang out with Dylan alone but I'm super excited too! I really wanna know where we're going! He sounds like he has the whole day planned out so I'm just so excited! Oh man what time is it? IT'S 11:15! I NEED TO HURRY UP AND FINISH GETTING READY! My hair is all done but I need to put my makeup and clothes on! My eyeliner takes FOREVER! I hope I look alright by the time Dylan gets here!

Dylan's POV
I'm so nervous! Bry kind of intimidates me..she's so beautiful and hilarious! I really hope she has fun today! I'm taking her out to lunch at Chipolte then we're going to see a movie and maybe shop around after and get Starbucks! Then I planned on going to my apartment and get to know her better. She seems like an amazing girl and I'm so excited!

"Ok Mia..how do I look?" Bry said while running into her room at 11:50.

"Bry you look amazing! Have fun on your date and don't be nervous!"

"Yay! I was hoping I looked alright haha! And thanks Mia! I'll try not to be nervous!"

"You're welcome! Don't be nervous! Dylan is definitely nervous too! Dates are nerve racking at first! It'll be fine!"

"How could he be nervous? HE'S DYLAN O'BRIEN!!"

"All guys, no matter who they are, get nervous for dates haha!"

*the doorbell rings*

"Oh my god Mia! He's here!"

"Ok go have fun! DON'T BE NERVOUS!"

"Easier said than done but ok! Bye ily!"

"Bye ily too!"

Bry opened the door and there stood Dylan, looking hot as always.

"Hey Bry!"

"Hi Dylan!"

"You look amazing!"

"Aw thanks! You look great too!"

"Haha thank you! So are you ready for today?"

"Yeah I am! I can't wait for what you have in mind!"

"Me too! It'll be really fun!"

Dylan and Bry walked down the sidewalk from Mia's house to Dylan's car. Dylan opened Bry's door for her and then walked around to the driver's side.

"Alright! Let's go!" Said Dylan.
