I came up with this idea after a dream I had. As soon as I had woken up I wrote it down in fear of forgetting it. I decided to put the rough copy of a blurb to see what others think. So don't be shy and comment.
Blurb:
It's 1843, Celia Aubrie works in her fathers sweet shop. Helping in the stock and selling sweets to the little'ns who adore her sweet, courageous personality. She enjoys her job as much as she enjoys reading. She'd spend her evenings filling up her head with Emily Brontë or Oscar Wilde. But what happens when her father is killed by a wild beast, and a mysterious barber turns up out of the blue who appears to take a shine to a heartbroken Celia? With her heart telling her one thing and her brain another will she be reading at night or be howling at the moon?
