thunder rumbled inside of me,
I just wanna be free.
free from your lies,
say our goodbyes.
was it wrong for me to encourage you?
accept the terrible things you do?
You said 'I love you.'
love is a strong word it burned,
within as far as I'm concerned,
will you learn?
that things wont last forever,
no matter how much you yearn?
my tears in the rising light it glistened,
to my surprise you actually listened.
I say 'You'll be replaced.'
now in my heart you are disgraced,
the problems we faced,
you paced,
the fall of my tears taste;
like a melancholy heartbreak.
willows sway in the light breeze,
won't you just leave please?
I've became nostalgic of our past,
however something inside of me promised that it wouldn't last.
lilac filled the sky,
as you say your last goodbye
this is our last ride,
then we realized,
our worlds will never collide
as you left, sunlight filled the air,
I stood there and stare,
I wondered if you were aware,
of how I'll miss you?

silent cries
you again opened up my wall,
I guess this is our last nightfall
