I couldn't believe my eyes. How could my mate be the already/future alpha of a pack. That just doesn't make any sense to me.
After I put my gun away I cried and left the closet. As soon as I entered the lunchroom someone had given all the kids signs with my name on them with insults that were supposed to hurt me. I went to the bathroom and went to take the makeup off my face. Since I am a werewolf I have healed really quickly. I am back to normal.
I went back into the lunchroom and three guys and a popular girl came over to me. They punched me and kicked me down. The girl was holding me down while the other guys took their whacks at me. I felt myself leaving consciousness. I was waiting for the final blow that would send me to an alternate realm when I heard fists going against skin. It was like a big plasticy noise.
I opened my eyes and couldn't get up because I broke one of my legs. I just sat there crying. The bullies had found another victim only that person fought back. All of a sudden I see my mate running into the cafeteria and he asks me if this is about me or him and I nod my head. He goes up to the bullies which were his friends and he punches them and ends the friendship between all of them.
He carries me back to his car and I ask him to have someone come back for my car because my parents would kill me if i left it at school overnight and instead of being near all of us.
He picks me up and we arrive at the pack house. It's strange because I haven't started to heal. That means that I am not in good shape if I am not healing.
The pack doctor comes inside the room after she talked with my parents and mate outside and she tells me that my wolf is extremely weak and that she is leaving me. She said that it happens rarely that someone's wolf just so happened to leave. she also said that she had to read about it in a book to find out what was wrong with my wolf and that she has never seen it happen. It was going to be extremely painful and if my mate was with me at all times that would ease the pain a little.
