I fed him again and he ate everything. I smiled "are you okay?" he nodded then continued on staring outside I smiled as he held my hand "don't go. Don't leave me" I nodded "I won't" there was silence as I stroked his hair "I'm sorry I shouldn't have stayed with you be-" he suddenly pushed me
"ARE YOU PLANNING TO LEAVE ME?!" My eyes widened at his violent outburst "A-aniyo-" he took out his gun then pulled the trigger when I was suddenly pulled by someone I stared at Jaehwan as he trembled "WHAT?! ARE YOU GOING WITH HIM HUH?!" he aimed his gun at us and Jaehwan dragged me towards Ae Gi's room
He closed the door then locked it he carried Ae Gi in his arms and I stopped him from jumping out the window "where are we going?!" "Let's go. He's insane enough to kill his own family we don't have a choice but to leave or else we'll get killed" "but-" I heard someone pounding the door "YA! THE BOTH OF YOU! COME OUT OR ELSE I'LL KICK THIS OPEN!"
"come on!" he held my hand "trust me" I bit my lower lip and he jumped with Ae Gi I glanced at the door then jumped off.
I ran away, following him as he took off I heard a gunshot as we entered the forest "ARIELLE!" I bit my lower lip as I kept running after Jaehwan, who is keeping Ae Gi safe in his arms "Jaehwan-" "we can't stop. I know Hyung he's going to chase after us" and as if on cue I heard another shot from behind us
"Eomma!" Ae Gi yelled, alarmed at the sound of the gunshot "Arielle!" Jaehwan yelled as I tripped I heard Taekwoon's footsteps and I stared at my foot that got stuck under the tree branch "Go now" "but-" "GO! TAKE CARE OF AE GI!" he stared at me then ran away I saw Taekwoon glare at me as he pointed his gun at me then pulled the trigger
I felt a sharp pain on my chest and I felt myself gradually losing consciousness Jaehwan, please take care of her ... don't let her grow up feeling as if nobody cares for her
I closed my eyes and I remembered Ae Gi I thought that I would be able to see her graduate and marry someone that will take care of her forever but I guess I was wrong
I opened my eyes for one last time then smiled as I saw Taekwoon staring at me, horrified ''I love you'' I mumbled then lost my consciousness
