"Mummy!! I don't want to," Louis exclaimed with a pout. Today was the day that Jay planned on introducing Louis, her six-year old son, to her best friend Anne and her son Harry, but Louis seemed to disagree. "Boo bear," she started, kneeling on her knees so she could be eye level with him, "Anne is a very nice person and I know you'll like her and her son Harry is just an amazing little lad, so please come with mummy and meet them." Louis sighed and nodded, still not wanting to go. He'd rather stay at home and watch the Telly then go meet some stranger.

Jay drove up the driveway of the Styles' house. She glanced at Louis who sat in the backseat looking nervous. He looked up at Jay with big eyes and asked quietly, "Mummy, what if they don't like me?" Jay smiled at Louis and replied, "I can promise you that they'll love you Boo." he smiled brightly at her and hopped out of the car.

Jay followed her son as he scampered up the driveway. He reached the door and rang the doorbell repeatedly. Jay sighed and rushed towards him pulling him away from the doorbell. Shortly after that, the door opened to reveal a young looking woman with dark hair. She smiled at Jay then looked down at Louis who was looking shyly down at the ground.

She knelt down in front of him and asked in a kind voice, "So your the famous Louis Jay has been telling me all about?" Louis nodded, still looking at the ground. Suddenly a small voice said from behind Anne, "Mummy, who is that?"

Anne turned and smiled at the little boy that was standing behind her. "Harry, this is Louis, the little boy I was telling you about." Suddenly, the green-eyed boy broke out in a wide grin and ran forward, wrapping a stunned looking Louis into a big hug.

Louis decided to hug back the little boy named Harry. Louis felt him nuzzle his face into his neck. Louis and Harry both grinned widely, realizing that they have both found a new friend.

Over the next couple of months, the two boys grew closer and closer. Soon they were inseparable, and they saw each other everyday. They would tell each other secrets and gossip about the other kids on the street. They would always be playing a game or getting into trouble. They even had their own little secret hideout that nobody knew about.

Louis and Harry peaked inside the kitchen and were delighted to see that their mums' backs were turned. They quickly ran upstairs and into Harry's parents' room, quietly closing the door behind them. They grinned at each other and exchanged a quick high five before going into the room's closet. They walked in, and without even closing the door, Louis got on top of Harry's shoulders, since he was the lighter one, and reached as high as he could until he pulled the latch of the door that led to the attic.

As soon as Louis opened the door, he jumped off Harry's shoulders, who stumbled backwards. Which was a good thing, because when the door opened, a little pull out ladder attached to it fell out, and it could have easily have squashed the little boys.

Harry scowled. "Nice one Lou, you could have nearly killed us!" Louis just smirked at him and replied, "The danger is the fun part Haz." Harry rolled his eyes and climbed up the ladder and into the attic, Louis clambering up after him. Once inside they both heaved the ladder back up and closed the door. They grinned at each other again and headed towards the little window at the back of the attic, just big enough for a two little boys to squeeze through.

"Ladies first," Harry said, motioning for Louis to go first through the window. Louis replied with, "Why thank you kind sir!" Then he flipped his hair for effect.

He opened the window and carefully stepped out onto the little balcony that Harry and Louis had claimed as their hideout. He helped Harry through the window and then they laid down on the floor, looking up at the clouds.
