So I'm at school and everything is different from my own school. I don't know anyone. Nobody even notices me- it's like I'm invisible. But clearly I'm not. Right?? Am I invisible?? OMG!! I run to the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror. Phew! I'm not invisible. And not a vampire. I can see myself. I have an appointment with the guidance councillor until I get some friends. I can stay with him as long as I want. So I head there because my appointment is now. Duh. But I still have thirty minutes until first period and I have nothing to do cause I have no friends yet. Imagine it. NO FRIENDS. What kind of world is that. It's like your a lonely frog, and there is only one Lilly pad in your pond so that leads to nobody being there. You can hear everyone talking and having fun around you. But your nothing but an invisible FROG. who wants to live in that world?? I wouldn't raise my hand to if you wanted to give me the biggest paint set in the world. By now you can also see I have a pretty creative mind. Wow. The weird things I be thinking of. I knock on the guidance councillor's door. I hear "come in".
I'm in sitting in a chair two times bigger then me. The man says "I'm Fred". I say " Hello, I'm Alisha." The man is tall, got a booming voice, thin, blond hair, brown eyes. He different them I expected. But knowing me and my weird mind I thought he would be a alien waiting to bring me to Mars.
We had a nice chat but it is now time for me to go to class. When I get to class everyone is sitting by type. The boys in the back three rows and the girls in the front three rows. There is a seat open in the front so I take that. There is six rows with five people in each row. So there is thirty people. I'm also kinda smart too. I know that six times five is thirty. My old school had a really good math teacher that I really liked. First period is language arts. All we do is talk and get introduced to our teacher next we have math. The teacher-who is Mrs.Millie asks "what is five times four?" I raise my hand but a whole bunch of people just sing out the question. One boy says "fifty three." Another girls says "seven thousand." The teacher repeated her question and calls on me. I say "twenty" she replies "very good." How couldn't anyone know that. My class are total BLOCKHEADS.
It's now lunch and I haven't made a friend yet. I go sit behind a tree and realize two girls I sit by two of you in class I say " Hi I'm Alisha Stammer. I sit next to you in class. I'm new. "I'm Alice nice to meet you."replies one girl. "Hello I'm carmel do you have any friends yet?" Replies the other girl. "No" I sadly reply. Alice says "well we would be happy if you would be our friend and join our group." Carmel says " we have a group with six other people. Mike, Alan. Agatha, Austin, Ellen-Emma, and Joseph. We call ourselves the smarties." "Finally people who are smart in our class. I call a lot of them BLOCKHEADS." I reply. The rest of the group comes. We introduce ourselves. Then go back to class.
I have friends! Let's see what else this day will bring.
