This book is often awesome (hence the name). Here is a word of warning: I am not responsible for any heart attacks or mind blowing things you may encounter in this book. With out further ado here is The Big Book of Awesome.
My name is Jake. I'm your average middle school kid. Well not anymore but more about that later. A little about me though. I play football but my mom always has to force me to. I like to eat hot dogs. No that sounds weird, sorry about that. I like to shove hot dogs in my mouth. Nope never mind. You get the point. I am white skinned with blonde hair. I'm no skinny, but I'm not fat. I am five foot four so I'm pretty tall. I absolutely love video games. I own a Xbox, and I'm one of those kids who own all the games I'm not supposed to have, like COD or halo. Yes, I have all of them. For all you dog lovers here, I own a dog and he is fat. I'm not entirely sure if it's his breed (bulldog) or what we feed him (anything we eat). So I live a pretty normal life, I thought life was good and everything until something happened.
It was a normal Saturday night. My family was eating dinner, and I, well I'm locked up in my room with the Xbox playing halo 5. That was when things got strange. My whole Xbox froze. I panicked without that thing my life would be ruined. I rapidly pressed the on button. Then the screen flickered. Jake panicked, he powered off his TV but then the screen turned static. Jake was just about to get his mom when he heard the TV say "do not panic." Jake tried to calm down but his heart was racing. Jake unplugged the TV and then a man in his fifties popped up. He was balding from the very top of his head and wore old glasses. "Hello Jake, please refrain from panicking." Said the mysterious man. "I'm here to tell you about a job that you may like," the man scratched his bald spot " oh where are my manners, I'm Keith I'm part of many organizations around the world." "Are you a spy?" Asked Jake. "Sort of, I guess you could say that." "Okay Jake enough of this, could you sync up your phone to the TV?" "How?" Asked Jake. "Tap the camera of the phone to the TV and follow my directions."
