Dances and more feelings

Fast forward to Friday
So today was the day of the dance and Adam and Erika are officially going together. Turned out he actually did really like her. All thanks to me and Jade. They were gonna hang around us for the most part but they would have a lot of time of just them two. I walked into school and all of them said they were waiting at the table for me. As I was walking down I saw Justin leaning against a locker. The school wasn't that packed yet since it was still pretty early. "Hey why aren't you over there with them?" I asked. "Well cause I wanted to get you and ask you something." he said. He looked kinda nervous. "Whats up?" I asked. "Well I wanted to ask if you, um wanted to go to the dance with me?" he said while scratching the back of his head. "Justin I would love to but were gonna be together anyways" I smiled. "Yea I know but we could be each others dancing buddy." he laughed, so cute. I giggled and said "Sounds good" I blushed. We walked to the table with smiles. Justin nodded to all of them. They didn't ask and just kept talking. We went to our classes and blah blah. At lunch time we were all in line and I felt a hand land on my hip. I looked up to see a smiling Justin I smiled back and he leaned his head on my head. Considering he was taller than me. He stood up straight after a while and went to our table. "So we all meet up at Kat's house tonight?" Spencer asked. "Yep" me and the girls said in unison and laughed. Then out of no where the schools whore and her posse appeared behind Taylor. I looked up and then back down and laughed. It made me laugh at how she thought she was the shit and everythings all good when lowkey she pregnant as fuck. "Hey Tay" she said in his ear but loud enough for all of us to hear. We all looked at each other and pretended like she wasn't there. You could tell Taylor was uncomfortable she had been trying to get in his pants since he posted a picture of him shirtless on a boat. "Uh why don't you go eat?" he told her. "Well I wanted to see you" she perked up her chest more. "Do you have a date to the dance?" she asked. "Uh- yes I do I am taking Jade!" he said and sounded very panicky. I snickered. "Oh alright then" she gave Jade the evil eye and walked away. "Your taking Jade?" Justin asked. We all laughed. "Well now yea I guess" Taylor said. "You guess? You haven't even asked me" Jade said with sass and rolled her eyes. "And plus what makes you think I would say yes anyways?" she sasses again. We all oooed. "Ok ok fine. Look Jade will you go to the dance with me?" Taylor asked while getting on one knee in front of her. We didn't get any stares thank god. I snapped a picture of them it was hilarious. "Ok fine" she tried to make it sound like she didn't care. "Yeet" Taylor said while jumping up. We all laughed and continued on with lunch. The rest of the school day went by pretty fast and I was on my way home to get ready for the dance. It was 2:45 when I get home which gave me plenty of time. They would all be here by 7. I hopped in the shower and made it hot and was in there for a while. When I got out it was 3:30. My parents don't get home till around 5 and my dad picks up my siblings so I am home alone. I wrapped my hair in a towel and one around my body. I got into some comfy sweats and a hoodie. I had time so I went on Netflix and let my hair air dry. It usually doesn't take that long so I figured one episode should be enough for my hair to dry. I watched some old Pretty Little Liars cause why not? After one episode it was 4:30 and my hair was completely dry. I usually don't like blowdrying cause of the heat and it bothers me. I went to my mirror and grabbed my curling wand. I did big curls and some shimmery eye shadow and smoked it out and some winged eye liner and mascara. Then I did a dark lip. It was almost 6 and everyone was meeting up here at 7. I had time so I just did a few things around the house and by the time it was 7:30 I started getting dressed. My parents had been home for a while and of course my mom was prepared to take many pictures. I put on my dress and shoes and put everything in my clutch that I needed. I sat in my room watching random shows on tv until my doorbell rang. It was almost 7:50. A little early. I went downstairs and opened the door to find a smiling Justin with roses and a nice suit with a red bow tie. "You look so adorable" I said. "You look gorgeous" he said while looking down at me. I hadn't put on my shoes yet and he laughed at my little feet. He hugged me and he wrapped his arms around my waist and I felt little butterflies. I was just really happy. When we pulled away he put the flowers in front of me and said "Here for you" he sounded like a little kid and I giggled. He came into the kitchen with me to put the roses in a vase with water. As I was putting water in the vase Justin came from behind me and put his hands on my hips so are bodys were very close. He started swaying us back and forth as I finished putting water in the vase. He started to sing and mumble the words. His voice sounded like he had sang before. I turned to him and looked at him and said "You sing?" his face got a little red. "Yea a little bit but shhh" he said holding a finger to my lips. "Sing for me" I pouted. But then we were interrupted by the doorbell to find Erika, Jade, Spencer and Taylor. "Heyyy what were you guys doing here by yourselves" Spencer said while raising his eyebrows up and down. "Ugh your nasty I will be right down I need to get my shoes" I said. They made themselves comfortable as I went upstairs to put on my shoes. As I was walking up the stairs my mom was going down "Where are you going?" she asked. "To get my shoes" I said. "Ok well I will be downstairs with them" she smiled and I went upstairs and strapped on my heels and went down. Justin looked at me with a smile. "Ok kids get together let me get a picture!"my mom said. Were gonna be here for a while I thought. She snapped a few of us and of me and Justin and we finally left. We hopped in my car and drove off.We got to our school at like 7:30. We went straight inside. Justin grabbed my hand and ended up looping my fingers around 2 of his. It sounds weird but it was really cute. We sat at a table while we watched a lot of people dance and laughed at a lot of them. Eventually all of our friends left us to go dance with there dates and me and Justin were alone. He held his hand out in front of me and said "Lets go dance". I laughed and blushed by he probably couldn't see cause there wasn't a lot of light. As soon as we got up a slow song started. He pulled me to the floor and wrapped his hands around my waist and mine went around his neck. He pulled me closer and I looked to the side. "I wanna see your face" he whispered in my ear. I tipitoed to his ear and said "Why?". "It's beautiful. Your beautiful" he said while looking down at me. I giggled and looked down. He lifted my chin up with his fingers so I was looking at him. The song ended and we met up with everyone else and danced all night. They all had there own rides home so at the end of the night I got in my car and drove home. As I was in the car I got a call from Justin. I answered. "Hello?" I said. "Hey" he sounded tired but so sexy. "Whats up?" I asked. "I am really anxious for tomorrow" he said. Tomorrow he was coming over to help decorate. "Why is that?" I asked. "Cause I wanna see your face" he whispered through the phone. I chuckled and said "Get some sleep". "Ok fine, get home safe goodnight beautiful" he said. "Goodnight" I smiled and hung up the phone. I was a very happy person when I got home. Everyone was asleep considering it was pretty late. I was getting water before I went to my room and then my little sister Ashley came down. "Ash what are you doing up so late?" I asked. "I can't go to sleep" she whispered. "Why not?" I asked as I bent down to her level. "Mom and dad fought before when you were out and mom didn't even put me to bed. I tired to go to sleep but I couldn't" she said while playing around with the string on her pajama pants. I grabbed her hand and said "Why don't you come to my room for tonight" and I lead her up the stairs. I sat her on my bed while I went to go change. I sighed as I took off my makeup and washed my face. I went back to find her playing with her bear."Hey you don't have to be sad about this. People argue but they will get over it, tomorrow we will decorate the tree and Justin is coming over." I smiled at her. I could tell it made her feel better and my brother and sister both love Justin. "You looked really pretty tonight" she told me. "Thank you" I held her hand and tucked her into one side of my bed and I got on the other side. "Goodnight" and we both fell asleep.
