I couldn't understand your language and the way you spoke

I didn't know, I never was patient enough to see something develop
I couldn't wait and have the pleasure to experience your sweet agendas
I had no idea that this would be you. This way. To me. Today. I was blind

I didn't know, I never could have seen the way I smiled at you
I hadn't understood the reason as to why my eyes always twinkled
I had no idea that it was my aura responding to you, to your heart
It never hit me that we are perfect together, for each other, I was blind
