It's all over the social network; the chance to spend a whole day with One Direction! Never before has this occured, and most probably never will it again... it's a chance worth taking. However - you've entered other competitions before and: never have you won. After all, it's got billions of views so the odds are against you! You're never really lucky but you can't risk not entering - you'ld never know whether or not you'ld have won. Beginning to type in your details, your heart is pounding. That poor keyboard. Punch after punch on the keys, your fingers are feeling numb yet you don't slow down - it's as if you were in the last few seconds of your I.T lesson, your teacher pressuring you to finish. Recieving your email of concent, a smile spreads across your face and all you can do know is hope. Hope you'll be that special Directioner. Hope that, this time, the odds are on your side.

Your personal life isn't all that great, so school isn't too bad... considering you'ld be getting away from your troubles at home. Your dad's never there - always out drinking -, your mum's always in bed, your brother does drugs and you're left on your own. No one to talk to. Nothing to eat. No one bothers to go shopping because your mother just eats it all. Your school's doesn't bother about pupils too much and no one really talks to them either, they wouldn't listen. You have an uncle over in Wales, living the dream, but you can't afford to travel there. No one in your family drives and ,even if you asked, they'd never take you. Life can be tough but you like to believe that: when life gives you lemons, you just have to make the most of them. You know that, one day, something good will come out of it.

Your "friends" are alright - not the most trustworthy though - and try to blend in with the crowd. They've bullied you many times before but they're all you've got...you don't want to lose them too! It's never really gotten out of hand but you can't always control yourself... it had never gone too far. You're trying to stay out of sight, it's the end of the day - when you're most vulnerable. The teachers aren't aware of what's happening but, even if they were, it's out of school times and they wouldn't get involved. You don't go to a good school either. Just as you reach the school bus you hear you name... with a yank on your backpack you were on the floor... gazing at the sky. A huddle of girls crowded around you as you hid behing your now torn backpack. You weren't going to be getting a new one anytime soon. They glared down at you - Eagles eyeing their prey. A giant foot was raised above your face. A size 8, judging by the sole length, one of the bigger girl's. All of a sudden, a cry of anger is let out..."LEAVE HER ALONE!". It was a boys voice, very manly. The girls cowarded away and you could once again see the blue sky... your life isn't all that bad. He walked over to you, worry covering his face. Reaching his arm out, he yanked you off the cold, dirty floor and brushed you down. "You'll live" he whispered. You weren't the best when it came to boys, so your reaction was better then you thought it would be. There never really was time to acknowledge his appearance and - even if you peered - you'd hit your head quite hard so you wouldn't really have seen much more than a blur. A slight smile once again spread across your face and you awkwardly staggered onto the bus, turning your head from the bystanders.
