CHAPTER FIVE

Kayla's Pov

What should I tell him? How am sure that he won't do anything to make me feel bad. I know I won't forgive him but I'll rather keep it so if he does anything bad to me again, then I'll keep it to heart.

"I'll sleep on it " I say turning to look at him.

"What! " he spits. I know he's getting angry I can see it in his pulse.

"Yea " I say turning elsewhere.

He lets out a huge sigh. I notice his anger dissolving.

"Fine " he says a little to raw and walks out leaving me alone in the study.

I wake feeling so exhausted and turn off the alarm that obviously made me wake up. I pad into the adjoined bathroom and quickly brush my teeth. I strip out of my clothes and have my bath. Gosh! I'm so tired, I don't think I'll have energy for the rest of the day.
I quickly wipe myself with the towel after my bath and blow dry my hair and curling it up before heading towards my closet to get my clothes. I'm not in the mood for dressing so I pick a black button up shirt and jeans that only reach mid thigh.

I apply little make up and walk out of my room to the kitchen.

I notice mom's dark hair and rush in to hug her daughter style.

"Oh...hi darling " she greets taken a back from my moved and returning it with a smile.

"Hey mum you're up early " I say taking a seat next to her.

"I'm always up early " she says sipping the contents of the cup in her hands which I just noticed.

"Yea I notice that " I say looking at her. I wonder how my mum still looks young and stands out at her age,her skin still smooth and pretty as ever. Too bad she's alone. My dad left when I was three and I never saw him again. I frown at the thought of him and quickly push it away.

"Honey " mom calls from behind me washing her cup in the sink.

"Yea "

"I'm gone okay " she says wiping her hand with the kitchen towel .I squeeze my face in anger.
"Okay " I say through gritted teeth. Ugh! Typical of mom to just leave me alone.

"Oh don't be all gloomy you're grown now! " she scolds me before smiling and planting a kiss on my forehead.

I escort her to the gates outside the house and leave her to continue alone before heading back to the house ....my room to have a little siesta cause my head was bashing.

(I apologize greatly for not being able to update for more than a two weeks. Truth...I had exams to write and had to take sometime off ..but now we're done and I have time to update more chapters ....ily all!!!)
