After I got home from school I got a call saying my mother had been in a severe car crash. She fractured her arm, her head was busted open and 3 of her ribs were crushed.She also got impaled in the stomach with the windshield, and broke her leg. They didn't know if she would live, due to the windshield. I almost dropped the phone. Tears streamed down my face and I called my friend asking if he could take me to the emergency room. He drove me there and I rushed in as fast as possible. I looked through the glass and she looked horrible. I couldn't bear to watch. I sat there crying, hoping she would be okay. I fell asleep after an hour.
