Backstory Chapter 1

(Your pov)

"Ciel!" I shouted, running at him as I was dropped off to see him, as my parents were going off to run some errands for a few hours. Ciel's parents agreed to watch me for the time being. I waved at my parents before being taken into the manor, Ciel had a bright smile on his face. I smiled back at him, happy I was able to see him

*Le time skip*

Me and Ciel were playing outside. I was sniffing the roses, and he tapped my shoulder. I turned around to see him giving me a rose, he was blushing. I started to blush, I took it carefully, trying not to ruin it. "A rose for someone as pretty as you, (y/n)" He smiled. I blushed as he said my name. I was a year younger than him, which I was eight and he was nine. He looked at me fondly, playing with my (h/l) (h/c) hair. He had a smirk as I blushed. Then Ciel's mother came out with a grim look on her face. I cocked my head, wondering what was wrong. "(y/n), I have some bad news, come here dear" She said. I walked over and she got knelt down to where she was at eye level with me, her eyes fighting tears. I gave her a worried look. "(y/n), your parents, t-they were m-murdered" She finally said. It felt like a huge hit in the head with a frying pan. My jaw dropped open as tears flooded down my cheeks

(Ciel's pov)

"(Y/n), your parents, t-they were m-murdered"

I looked at (y/n) with concern in my eyes, tears were about to come from them. She looked at me, her (e/c) eyes staring at me in disbelief. I walked over and wrapped her in a hug, the tears finally flowed out and dripped onto her cheek. Her head was buried in my shoulder, she was sobbing silently. I stroked her (h/c) hair, my mind was in panic. "Where will she stay?" I looked at my mother, demanding for an answer. "She can stay with us, her parents mostly trusted us with her" She answered. (Y/n) looked at her, tear stains on her cheeks, nodding in thanks. I took her into the manor, taking her to my room. I sat her on the bed and looked at her. "If you need anything, just tell me" I said to her. She nodded her head, obviously not wanting to talk. I hugged her again, rubbing her back. She grabbed onto my coat sleeve and started to cry.

(Your pov)

Ciel rubbed my back as I cried into his shoulder. "T-thank you, C-Ciel" I whimpered. 'Mother, father, what happened?!' I thought frantically. My nails were digging into his arm, he winced a little, but did nothing to stop me. "This feels like my sister's death all over again" I whimpered. My sister was murdered by her ex-boyfriend, after breaking up with him, angry that she dumped him. Ciel took off his coat and wrapped it around me. "C-Ciel don't you want this?" I looked at him. "You can keep it, I have plenty of other coats" He put his hands on my shoulders, looking directly into my (e/c) eyes. His hands were warm. I enjoyed their warmth as he held me in his embrace
