There is something terrible wrong with me. Not the usual things like being scolded by my teacher for making the laboratory explode or ruining a very important event in my school.

What I mean by terrible is like watching the wound in my hand heal itself.

I know, you must have thought that I'm crazy because I also think that I am. With all the things I'm seeing right now, who wouldn't?

It all started with a dream.

I woke up catching my breath; sweats in my forehead and my right hand in my chest.

I've been dreaming the same dream for the past week. But the thing is, every time I want to remember the details in my dream, only flashes and glimpse of it show.

I massage my forehead trying my best to remember more. But it only ends in vain as the same things flash my memory.

The searing pain I felt in my neck;

A man standing in front of me;

And a necklace

I try my best to remember what the man and the necklace look like but failed. I got up frustrated and went to the bathroom.

I gasped when I saw my reflection in the mirror. This is horrible. Bloodshot eyes (like I've been crying for hours), a huge eye bag that makes me look like I am some kind of a panda.

But the most shocking of all is my hair. No, it is not in disarray or something. But somehow, in some unknown reason I can see slivers of white strands in it.

"Oh my Gosh! Mom!" I shouted at the top of my lungs as I stare on my hair.

I hear the footsteps coming to my room. I know that it's already my mom so I didn't bother to look up when the door of my bathroom open.

"What's the matter Anna?! Is there some burglar here?!" She asked me in panic why looking around.

I would've laugh when I saw her standing there with a broom in her hands ready to hit someone. But this is not the time for that. This is serious.

"Mom! Look at this" I said shoving my hair right in front of her face.

"Wait! Can't you back a bit?" she said and so I did

She just looks at me for about 5 seconds then her eyes widen.

"Oh my Gosh Anna! What did you do to your hair?"I was taken aback by her sudden outburst.

"What did I do? I did nothing mom! I swear!" I said but she just continues on scolding me like she didn't hear what I just said.

"You know that it is against your school rule, to dye your hair with unnatural ones! We already talked about this, didn't we?"

"Mom, please listen to me first." I begged

She sighed first and calms her nerves.

"Okay, now, explain."

"First, yes, I do ask you if I could dye my hair violet but you said no, so I didn't! Is the color of my hair violet right now?"

She shakes her head but the frown on her face still remains.

"Second As I was saying, I swear to God that I never dyed my hair. As long as I can remember, my hair is still all black before I went to sleep" I continue

"So you're telling me that you sleep with your hair still in black and woke up to discover it this way? "

"Yes! Finally! " I close my eyes as I sighed. I thought that she won't be able to understand but thanks heaven-
