"Skye!" I heard from behind me as I walked down the road.
I turned to see who it was. Sure enough, it was Ethan.
"Hey. Thought after the other night you were staying with your friends." He looked a little worried.
"Ya, I told them about you, and they said that you could come stay with us. If that's okay with you." He said the last part quickly.
"Ya, thats fine, but why? I mean why woould they want me to? Im younger then you guys by alot." I muttered as he took out his phone. I assumed he was telling them that I had said yes.
"What? Oh, because we all thought it was wrong that a 16 year old beautiful girl was staying at a homeless shelter." He murmered as he finished texting who ever he was texting.
I just nodded in appreciation.
"So which way?" I asked.
He looked nervously behind me then down the road at a truck that was driving down it. I saw that the guy in the front was wearing a ski mask. Then it all clicked.
My heart sunk into my stomach and I started to back away from him.
He shot me an apoligetic look as he turned and walked towars the van that was parking right next to us. I took that chance to drop my bag and run. I got about five feet before someone appeared out of an alley blocking my way. He to had a ski mask on.
I turned around and saw the other man walking towards me, Ethan no where to be seen. I knew that if I just stood there they would catch me. I noticed a door across the alley from where we were. I had hope that I could get there before they could catch me.
I sprinted across the alley towards the door and was ten feet away when it opened and out stepped Ethan. I skidded to a stop and turned around to see all three of them had me cornered.
I regretted telling Ethan everything. I had set myself up, and I deeply regretted it.
There was no way to get out of this safe. I knew that no matter what, I had to try. I faked going right then ran to my left. One of the guys easily blocked my way, still advancing on me.
I looked at Ethan.
"You tricked me." My voice broke on me. I was terrified and they all knew that. They also knew that I wouldnt fight back.
"I'm sorry." He said with no emotion. He walked towards me. I stood my ground and when he was close enough I kicked him in the balls.
It didnt faze him. "I have a cup on. I'm not stupid enough to come unprotected." He laughed and grabbed my hair.
I screamed in pain as he yanked it towards him. He roughly covered my mouth as he pulled me up against him. I thrashed around and tried to break free but he was to strong for me.
"Listen carefully. We are going to be going to Connecticut. Your hair will be dyed and cut tomorrow by my sister. After she cuts it we will be leaving for the airport. Throughout the airport you will hold my hand at all times. You will not say a word to anyone apart from me, Jeremy or Paul. If you do, I will beat you when we arrive at the safe house. If you tell anyone you are being kidnapped, I will murder you when we get there. Understand?" I nodded nervously.
"Perfect, tape her feet and hands. Then gag her and put her in the truck. I'll grab her bag and sit back there with her." He said before pushing me into the masked men. I fell to the ground roughly and felt my knee being scraped. I winced in pain.
One of the guys duck taped my ankles together while the other one gagged me. Then one of them blindfolded me and taped my wrists together. I didnt even stuggle, as I knew it was no use.
The taller of the two men picked me up and carried me princess style towards the truck. Before I knew it I was being thrown in the back of the truck roughly. I heard Ethan climb in and slam the doors shut. The engine started and we were moving. I just laid there quietly not daring to make one sound.
About an hour later we arrived at a huge house. I was picked up and carried into it and into a room. The person holding me threw me onto either a bed or couch then left the room.
I laid there for about twenty minutes before someone entered the room and took the blindfold off. I looked into the eyes of Ethan.
"Welcome to mi casa." He murmed while taking the gag out of my mouth and helping me sit up.
