"What about that brown haired kid from our science class?" I asked Hailey. I was attempting to find her a boyfriend. It wasn't working all that well. "No, he's too nerdy." She said quietly. "Right, because I was the quarterback of the football team." I said sarcastically. She giggled a little. We were being quiet because we were in my room and Taylor was still sleeping. Usually I would leave her in peace but she was sleeping in my lap and refuses to let go of me. And I know if I try to move her, she will wake up immediately. "Sorry Jarod, but there's something different about you then rest of the guys in our school." Hailey told me. "I'm responsible and mature." I said raising my eyebrows. "That's part of it, not to mention incredibility sexy." She said as she started playing with my hair. "Hail, I have a girlfriend now." I told her moving her hand away from me. "Oh come on, can we just convince her that it's normal for a man to have two girlfriends he can do anything with. Anything he wants." She said getting in my face. "I'm not gonna lie to Taylor. She's my baby girl and I'm her guardian, I'm not suppose to lie to her." I told her. "I wouldn't mind sharing you." I heard Taylor mumbled. I looked down, she was awake and watching us. "REALLY!" Hailey asked, very pleased. I shook my head. "I'm not gonna be a boyfriend for both of you, that's just weird." I told them. Hailey pouted. "But isn't that every man's dream?" She asked me. "Sorry Hail, I'm really trying to work with both of you here." I told her as Taylor sat up. She kissed me on the cheek before leaving the room. "But I love you, and only you." She mumbled as she started crying again. I pulled her into a hug. "I will make sure I find you the perfect man. I promise you will be happy." I told her, it didn't really seem to convince her. Taylor came back in, she looked really worried. "Jarod." She said shakily. "What's wrong Taylor?" I asked her. "I'm pregnant." She told me as Hailey sat herself back up. I patted the spot next to me and Taylor hurriedly come over and cuddled me. "It's gonna be okay baby. I'll be here the whole time." I told her. "And I will be too." Hailey told her. "I know you'll be here but, I don't know if it's yours." She told me. I didn't even think of that. "I didn't even realize that. Hey look at you, thinking of that before me. Good job baby girl." I told her and she smiled. "Let's see, through genetics, you and I both have deep blue eyes, I have brown hair, you have blonde, and that other guy was a ginger so if the baby has any other eye color but blue and has red hair than it's his. If the baby has brown hair then it's mine." I mumbled to Taylor and she nodded. "You had sex with another guy?" Hailey asked her. "It was force." I informed her. Hailey was silent. "But it does mean, I might need you around a lot Hailey. Spending a lot of time with me and Jarod." Taylor told her. "Oh god, I see where this is going." I mumbled. "You could be the baby's second mommy." Taylor exclaimed. "Yeah, I saw that coming." I said face-palming myself. "Which technically makes me your girlfriend too." Hailey said as she wrapped herself around my arm. "And it went there." I mumbled.
