Chapter 4

          Melody pov

Oh  god!  He  knew  it!  Okay,  calm  melody  just  lie  to him.  But,  he  looks  so  innocent.  Okay,  I  know  what to  tell.  “ummm,it  is  a  private  things,  anyways  we just  met.  You  sure  wanna  know?.  I  ask  him,  I  can cry  just  for  tell  the  truth. 

“yup,  I  want  to  know. We are neighbors right? So, we are pretty close.”. Okay,  just  told  him.  “about  2  years  ago,  on  my birthday,  my  grandma  died.  She  died  because  an accident,  and  it  is  my  fault.  She  came  here,  to celebrated  it  with  me  and  she  gave  me  a  book about  songs  that  I  play  yesterday.  It  is  my present,  and  the  song  that  you  heard  yesterday  is a song that makes me became a pianist. I’m  so  happy  and  really  love  the  song  .” 

I  stop  talk, and  I  can  fell  tears  running  down  my  cheek.  I loves  her  so  much.  I  look  at  Austin,  and  he  slowly put his hand on my back and rubbed it slowly. “hey,  it  is  ok,  I  am  here.  Okay?  Shhh,  don’t  cry, anymore.”  He  wipes  my  tears  using  his  thumb  and put  my  head  on  his  chest.

He  hugs  me  and  I  can fell  the  warmth  and  loves  from  it.  I  calm  myself, and pull away, I want to continues my story. “Austin,  you  want  to  hear  what  happen  next?”  I asked  him  and  he  just  nod  and  smile. 

“  okay.  On her  way  back,  there  is  a  storm  hit,  and  I  beg  her to  stay,  but  she  doesn’t    want  to.  She  said  that  she will  be  okay,  and  she  ask  me  to  continues  and reached  my  dreams  to  become  a  great    pianist.  I promised  her,  and  watch  her  car  drives  out  my house.”  

“after  about  3  hours  we  received  a  news  about  her accident.  I  already  sleep  that  time,  my  mom  told me  about  the  news  tomorrow  morning.  Her funeral  be  held  on  tomorrow.  Since  that  day,  when I  play  the  songs,  I  will  create  a  loud  bang  because it  reminds  me  about  her.”

I  look  at  Austin,  and  he smiles  to  me.   “I  understand  that,  I’m  a  musician  too.”he  said, and  I  quickly  look  at  him,  and  asked,  “  you’re serious?  What  kind  of  instrument  you  play?  ”  I asked  him  excitedly.   “umm,  a  bass?  I  play  a  bass”  .  “owh,  really?  That’s cool!  Can  I  listen  to  it?  I’m  pretty  sure  you’re amazing!”.  I  reply  to  him,  he  just  laugh  after  me. “what? Why are you laughing?”.

He  shakes  his  head  means  no,  and  said  “its  just, you’re  cute  when  ask  that.  And  im  not  as  amazing as  you.”  I  blush  a  bit  when  he  say  im  cute.  Really Austin.  I’m  cute?. “owh,  really?  Thanks.  No,  I  mean  you’re  cute  and really  cute.  Owh!  Nope,  I  mean  you’re  more  cuter than  me.  And  im  not  cute  and  ahhh…”  I  face  palm myself  .

  Right  now,  my  face  really  red,  and  I  hope he  doesn’t  notice  it.  Im  so  embarrassed  and  start to  talk  back,  “  umm,  im  so  sorry  Austin, sometimes  I  acting  crazy  and  stupid.  Its  okay  if you  hate  me.”  I  stand  up,  and  walk  away. 

But Austin  grab  my  wrist,  and  “  hey,  its  okay,  Im acting  crazy  and  stupid  too.  Sometimes.”  He smiles to me, and I smiles back. I  sit  next  to  him  and  we  both  look  at  the  stars.  Its kind  of  romantic  and  it  will  be  more  romantic  if we  are  a  couple. 

Oops!  What  did  I  just  think!  I know,  my  mind  will  became  crazy,  and  think about  weird  things  when  im  sleepy.  But  im  pretty sure my mind are fine, maybe its my heart. Awh! 

While  we  watching  the  beautiful  view,  Austin  hug me,  and  put  my  head  on  his  shoulder  he  kiss  my forehead,  and  said  “they’re  so  beautiful  isn’t?”. “yeah, they are.”  There  is  a  silent  for  awhile  until  he  said,  “  but  I ever  saw  something  more  beautiful  than  them.”

He  said    and  look  at  me.  “really?  What  is  it?”  I asked  and  look  at  him  too.  We  are  really  close right  now.  So  close  until  we  can  kiss  each  other. “the  thing  is,  you.  Melody.”  I  smiles  to  him  and  he kiss  me.  Our  lips  sync  together,  and  it  creates butterflies  on  my  stomach.  We  just  met,  and  its for  the  first  time. 

But  we  already  kissing  each other. It just crazy.  We pulled  away,  for  breath.  He  put  his  forehead on  mine,  and  stare  my  eyes.  Suddenly,  we  heard someone  clears  their  throat.  I  quickly  look  back, and  saw  our  parents  smiling  to  us.  I  stand  up,  and just  look  at  them.

“  sorry  for  interrupt  guys,  but its  time  to  go  home.”  Mr.  Cameron    said,  and  I  say goodbyes  to  Austin,  and  waves  at  him.  I  then  run back  home.  “  hey,  melody!”  I  heard  he  call  me.  I look  back  ,  and  “  I  don’t  have  your  phone  number yet.”  I  just  smiles,  and  said  “  later,  I  will  give  you.”   He  smiles  to  me  and  I  run  to  home,  I  go  upstairs, and enters my room.  I  jump  on  my  bed  and  smiles  at  myself. Best.Night.Ever.  I  close  my  eyes,  and  suddenly  I already asleep.
