I was known to many companies for my mercenary services. That was my night job. By day a FBI agent, by night a blood-thirsty mercenary. Don't get me wrong, I'm not like a demon or anything (most of the time mercenaries are hired to kill someone), but every penny counts, especially when it comes to supporting my fraternal twin brother Kayden, who's currently homeless. His company went bankrupt and it all went down from there. Hi, I'm Olivia West and welcome to my messed up 21 year old world.
My story I guess begins with an introduction? Let's start with my family. My mother Helen, was the nicest person in the world. She had Hazel eyes, mid length light brown hair, and almost albino skin. She was always there for me and my family. Her personality was very upbeat and cheerful, the only time I've ever seen my mother be so depressed and sad was when Classia died.
Which brings me to my two brothers, Kayden my fraternal twin, and Jason, my older brother. Growing up with two brothers you learn quickly to protect yourself, trust me I know. Kayden like me, has dark brown almost black hair that goes just above his collarbone, bright green eyes, and light skin. Kayden, may look like me, but is the almost total opposite of me when it comes to his personality. He has a VERY upbeat, outgoing, cocky attitude. It can get very annoying very fast, but he's family.
Jason is the oldest sibling. He has short dirty blond hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. Jason was the responsible one and always took the blame for us when it was our fault when we were kids. He ended up being a lawyer. He was 22 when Clarissa died. I think he took her death the hardest. Clarissa was my brother's best friend before me, he didn't come out of his room in his apartment for 3 days after her death.
The middle child of the household was my sister, Clarissa. She was always my rock, a shoulder to cry on. She was a funny, happy, and great person when you got to know her. Her special talent was making music, whether EDM mixes, rock and roll, or anything else really, she was always connected to music in some way. She went to college to become a music producer, DJ, and to learn how to write songs. In high school she even had a band called, "Jynxx It". Clarissa was the only one I was really open to about things at school. Between bullies, grades, and basically everything else in my life.
When kids bullied me in 6th grade after school (when I was walking home), she stood up for me (she'd been stalking me since I got out of school totally not creepy at all) and told the bullies to, and I quote, "FUCK OFF! Leave my sister alone, before I turn your heads around backwards so you can watch you asses get kicked!" After that, no kids ever messed with me again at school.
She was my best friend. After she graduated high school and moved out, I felt alone. She always said she would be there for me, she lied. Last Christmas on her way home she died in a car crash. When I heard the news I died inside, and became numb to the world. She used to have blue eyes, long blue and black hair (emo fringe), light skin and a dragon tattoo from her wrist to her elbow. She was 18 when she died. I will never forget my sister, my best friend. I was 14 when she died.
Any way, the next member in the family is my dad, Richard. He was a very strict military father. He's the reason why I decided to become an FBI agent. I never knew my real father, but Richard was who all of us grew up with. Richard is what everyone in the family called him, not just me. He had a tough guy attitude, but a kind heart. He was a retired Japanese air force soldier. He had short dark hair, was tall, and had grey eyes.
I grew up with no other family besides them. I've lived in Gotham City all my life. Thanks to my brothers and Richard I learned how to fend for myself when thugs tried to mug me. People soon learned quickly not to mess with me. Mess with a dragon, you get the fire.
Four years after Classia died, I graduated high school (I was 18). Once I graduated, I was then recruited into the military.

After 3 years of being a marine, I decided to become an FBI agent. In case you're wondering, no I'm not like James Bond. Not in the slightest. My job as an FBI agent in Gotham, was to take in and/or take down the villains, that usually the heroes took down for us. Another thing that I did, was find out who the people in masks really were. They were doing our jobs for us, if heroes are taking down muggings and such, what do they need the military and police force for? Right they don't! So it was my job to try and figure out who these masked vigilantes were and bring them to justice for impersonating an officer. Yes, you might think, "What?! Batman and Robin are awesome and are the good guys. Why would you want to put them in jail?!"
Well, they're doing the police's work for us for 1, and 2 because they wreck the city constantly. That makes the city pay more money to rebuild and makes civilian's taxes go up. Yes, even I too like the superheros but it is my job to do this, and unfortunately, being an agent also means you also have to listen to other low forces complaints and do something about them.
Five months after being a FBI agent, Kayden called me and said that he was fired and couldn't pay his rent. I allowed him to stay at my apartment JUST until he gets back on his feet. Now that I was feeding two mouths and paying rent, I needed another job. That job ended up making me a mercenary. I became Silver Arrow. At the time I wore a black hoodie and dressed in all black so no one would notice me. I was now on two sides of the law.
My first assignment as a mercenary was to steal penguin's umbrella, guarded at the Gotham City bank. I almost succeeded, if it weren't for Harley Quinn to beat me to it. As soon as I snuck my way in and took down the guards, she popped in and stole the umbrella before I could even touch it. She looked at me and smirked like what a insane person would do, and then jumped out the nearest window setting off the security alarms (mental note: get better security for banks, jails, prisons, and insane asylums). I would so get revenge on her after this.
As soon as I was about to bolt out of there, I heard a crash behind me. CRAP! That was all it took for me to get scared and run out the front door. I never stopped running until I noticed an abandoned building down an alley. There was a street lamp at the entrance of the alley, I was running so fast I barely had time to notice it. The sound of police sirens were getting closer to my where abouts. Looking frantically around before running down the alley, I cautiously made a gap big enough for me to crawl through the window (strangely there was no glass anywhere).
I then crawled through the boarded window. No sooner did I do that and land on my rump on the dusty floor, did I notice through the boards, a tall, muscular, figure dressed in black, jump down and walk around where I just was so quietly, you could hear a pin drop. The figure hid in the shadows, away from the street lamp, as six police cars went speeding by the alley. He soon emerged from the shadows and walked around the alley searching for something or someone. It then dawned on me, this guy was after me!
I held my breath as I soon realized who was now after me, ......Batman. (OH SHIT!) He stealthily stalked around the alley by the window where I crawled in. I knew he was now after me so I pressed my back against the wall under the window and prayed that he wouldn't find me. Luck wasn't on my side tonight, as he then walked to the front of the window I crawled through, and looked inside. But just as quickly he was there, he was gone.
I cautiously looked through the window, and saw nothing but the alley. I knew somethings about Batman, and that he like to trick his prey into coming out of hiding by making them think he was gone. For the rest of the night I stayed awake in the....wait what is this place? I didn't notice until now that I was sitting on the floor of the bakery Clarissa used to work at. I couldn't believe it closed down. Memories soon flooded in through my mind of Clarissa, as I looked around the now empty space, well mostly empty, the counter and display case was still in the same spot I remembered it being.
Well might as well get comfortable, I'm gonna be here for a while.
