Believe me, being born half alien to a human mother whilst surrounded by humans, is anything but easy. Because she hadn't told anyone about who (or rather what) my father was, it was horrifying to the midwives and doctors around her. No one would touch me except her. They all thought the purple skin on the right hand side of my body was some kind of disease or curse. But she understood. She was the only human being who didn't want to wipe me from the face of the earth.
They called her a witch. A demon. A monster. They all tried to take me away from her and burn the both of us. They nearly did.
But the creatures took care of us. The ones who were different. The ones who understood. They shielded us from the mobs. And as I grew, I shielded them from the hunters. From those who saw us as dumb beasts who's greatest achievements would be becoming their trophies.
When she died, she made me promise that I would never stop trying to protect the animals that saved us. She told me about what I could do, and how the other creatures could teach me to control my powers. She also told me that I should never be afraid, because she would always be there. I was just two human years old.
My name is Kimchi Everfree. Daughter to Navii and Guiellmo Everfree. My father was an Adrolite, a race of alien that used to live on earth. I am 6,795 earth years but only 12 Adrolite years. I am the sole protector of the worlds strange creatures and demons. I stop the bounty hunters that kill our kind and those of us who would slaughter innocents.
And I will stop at nothing to achieve my goal.
