Together in a contest

(Drew POV)
Today I'm going to take a class on how to become a better coordinator. I'm going to become so good, even May will look up to me! I walk into the big building that has the name "Pokemon Contests" on it. I make my way to the front desk and ask the lady if she could help me find my way. As I look up at her she gives me a weird look then nods slowly, "yes.... Well... Your rooms on the 2nd floor... Room...12..." She said slowly. I nodded awkwardly and walked away flipping my hair from my eyes, I'm never gunna ask her for directions any more. As I made my way up the second floor a voice triggered in my brain until the voice of the person was actually tapping my shoulder from behind. "Huh?" I turn around staring down at May. She looks different. Her outfit I mean. She's wearing a green bandana, with an orange tang top with a white line going through the middle and a black collar. I have to say, she does look pretty cute in the colors. She smiled at me, "Hey Drew! Cool to see you here!" She giggled for some weird reason, but that's what I like about her. She just goes off in her own little world. It's cute. She stopped gigging and looked up at me, "so- you're quiet... I heard we're in the same class!" She grinned. My eyes widened, we are gunna be in the same class?!? "Wh-What?!" May jumped startled. "Is that a problem?!" She raised her eyebrow. I flipped my hair and looked away from her, "I don't know.. Could be." She rolled her eyes, "See you in class." She walked off into the classroom and I followed. There was a good amount of kids in the class. Split evenly between girls and boys. I have a feeling I know where this is going. I sigh and sit down at a desk near the window. A few minutes go by and May had already made friends with some girl named Dawn, and Zoe. She sat down in the front with them. A kid named Kenny sat in front of me, and on the side of me was this girl named Ursala. Strange name if you ask me. The teacher walked in a good minute late and smiled at the class awkwardly, "h-hi class! I'm your teacher! Um... To put it bluntly since I don't have a lot of time is, I need the whole class to partner up with the opposite gender! You have 10 minutes!" He quickly walked out of the classroom rush fully. As everyone stared wide eyed at each other, Zoe stood up, "Kenny! Partner?" Kenny nodded and sat down at a desk next to Zoe. Dawn looked at some boy with purple hair, I think his name was Paul, not sure though. And Ursala I don't know what she did. I stood there in the corner of the room watching everyone partner up, not realizing someone was standing really close next to me. I looked down to see a Green bandana, and smiled. "Need a partner, Greenie?" She nudged me with her shoulder. "Please?!" She pleaded. I grin, "sure." She smiled widely at me and jumped up and down with excitement. "Wow Cinderella, try not to brake your shoe." She glared up at me then smiled. "Thanks Drew!" She walked back to her seat. The Teacher walked back in, he looked more calm. "Okay class so, basically what we are gunna do is have a double partner contest and you and your partner are fighting against the other partners. You also have different themes you have to dress for and dress your Pokemon. I'm giving you 4 weeks to come up with everything. Oh and the themes are Genie dance, New Orleans, and Swim party. You have 4 weeks yet I remind you." I start to tap my foot in worry. How will me and May work together?! And me see may in that many outfits.. I might explode of blushing to hard damn it! The teacher hands us papers with the information and tells us that we have to do it outside of class. As we leave the class a hand grabs my wrist. I turn and see a blushing May. "Hey um Drew... Ya so come to my house later today.. Here's my number... She passes me a note before letting go of wrist and running off. I stare at the number and smirk. I got May's number.
