You could find them quite easily, if you were to look.
Dancing around fires deep in the forest,
Singing to the high, whole moon of the night,
Lurking among the lonely tombstones of the dead.
They don't hide from you, you just never look for them.
You don't go looking for the trouble that like to follow them.
You don't go looking for the curses and darkness that found them.
You don't go looking for the fires and storms that make up their trail.
You don't go looking for wolves on their heels or the deer that love to flee them.
You don't go looking for trouble.
Which means, of course, you don't go looking for witches.
They're not scared of the scary dark forest because they know,
They're the most terrifying thing in it.
