Long ago, the god Loki kept our lovers close by keeping our hearts sewed together by a powerful red string in Heaven. It was not as hard to find your lover because once you found them, you could hear each other's heart beats. One day, many people complained about how easy it was to find your lover. So Loki detached the powerful red threads from everyone's heart, sending lovers all across the land.

One lover, Elizabeth, fell to her knees and began to sob deeply because of the loss of her lover, Jackson. Elizabeth shamed everyone who disliked the way Loki made love easy in the beginning.

After a few months of the loss of Elizabeth's lover, she had a dream. In her dream, she took a boat across the sea to a another land. When she arrived at her new land, she saw Jackson waiting for her.

So the next day, Elizabeth awoke early and gathered up some things she would need for her journey, and walked to the dock. Sure enough, in the dock was a boat that looked exactly like the one in her dream. Getting more excited and happy, she ran to the boat and took off.

It was getting close to sunset, and Elizabeth had arrived at the new land. She followed the path that soon led to the local tavern. In her dream, she met Jackson in what looked like a village square, so Elizabeth asked for instructions for the closest village. She followed the path to the village, and she found the place where she and Jackson met. She found a nearby inn, so she stayed there until morning.

When the morning came, she saw Jackson standing near the fountain. She ran to him with open arms, crying tears of joy, and Jackson reacted the same. Only something was different... Elizabeth saw that on his left hand, there was a ring on the fourth finger. She became upset and started yelling at Jackson. Jackson tried to reason to Elizabeth that Loki threatened to kill her if he went to find her. Elizabeth still didn't believe him.

Jackson stayed up with his new wife trying to reason to her about his encounter with Elizabeth. His wife became angry with him, so she took her things and left. Jackson, upset with himself for what he'd done, removed the ring and threw it in the well. Elizabeth, always watching over the shoulder of her angel, walked out from the inn, and comforted Jackson. The made up from their argument, and went back to the inn.

The next morning, Jackson and Elizabeth set off to go back home.

The got married and had two children. Their daughter married the price of their land, and she became a queen that harnessed magical powers.
