So this is my first story so I hope you like it.

"William do you have to leave me."I asked my ten year old friend looking into his crystal blue eyes, while tears were flowing freely from my eyes.
"Berkeley, I will come back, but when I do I want you to be on the Varsity volleyball team and the captain to." he said holding my face, he had a few tears falling down to he leaned in and pecked my lips. "You were my first kiss, and I always wanted to be like that." he said I blushed
"William Duke Wayne, this is the last time I'm calling you!" his mom called and he looked at me and kissed my cheek and was walked away waving goo-bye to me and my brothers , we walked back to our house and walked into our house kicking rocks with our heads down. and saw are dad sitting in his chair and he looked like he was crying
"Hey kids, do you want to go to the water park?" he asked we also nodded and ran upstairs to our rooms and put are swim suits and ran to his black ford f-250 and got in the car and drove to the water park. we were doing everything we wanted and he bought us anything he wanted, we spent all day there, which got my mind off of William
"I cant wait to tell mom all the things we did you today!" my older brother Josiah said
"Y'all I need to tell you something," he said he was starting to scare us and I started to silently sniffing, "Your mom, left a note and it said she was leaving for another man, and she is not coming back. so we need to stick together and we will be alright."he said "All of you just cry one tear, just one." he said and we all cried just one tear and mine was for my mom and William cause I might not see them ever again,
After that day I went to school the next day, people called me names and told me that my mom hated me, then high school came along and I made the high school volleyball team and by 10th grade I made the varsity team and we were the national champions then 11th grade I broke my ankle so I was not able to play that season. Now Senior year came and I made the team and they put me as captain.
