Harry

I throw on my boring, plain, white apron and clock in.

"You're late again, Styles!" Greg, my dumb boss, rolls his eyes as he speaks to me.

"I'm only one minute late," I try my best to hide my frustration with him.

"Exactly! One more incident like that, You're fired! Now get to work!" He walks away in a sassy manner and I stick my tongue out at him.

I hate Greg. He hates me. I'm usually not this mean to someone, I'm usually really chill with them but Greg is not one of those people I'm chill with. The kitchen greets me and so does my other co-bakers.

"Another scolding from Satan today, Harold?" The blonde Australian chuckles at me.

"I was one minute late, Apparently. What is our task for today, Hemmings?" I share a chuckle with him.

"Ah, Muffins. Again. I'm sick and tired of baking Muffins. Can we fucking bake cakes again? Pies? Cupcakes? We're not just going to make one thing, aren't we suppose to make things other than muffins?" Luke angrily pours the muffin mix into the tray.

"I can see your frustration in this, maybe we'll start baking other things again. Greg is just a little stressed out and not thinking creative lately because of what happened to his Grandma who was our boss from before," I sadly said, remembering that day when his Grandma died.

Greg's Grandma was the most kindest and sweetest person in the world. Even though she was old, she had a mind of an artist with non-stop ideas to paint something new everyday. Ever since that day she died, everyday was muffins. Nothing has ever changed. We are still on the same color, never changing.

"Open the oven door for me, please," Luke asked me as he lifts the big tray of muffin mix.

I fast walk to the oven and open the door for him. Then he slides in the tray and turn the dial for it to bake.

"This one is the blueberry tray, I have to make the chocolate chip ones," He whispers to himself.

I usually don't do all the baking. I'm more of the get and display kind of guy. Occasionally I'm the cashier but I work more inside than out.

"Harry!" Calum, another one of my co-bakers, yells my name.

"Yeah?" I turn around as he approaches me to a tray of freshly baked muffins.

"You could put these in the display, please," He hands me the tray and smiles.

I carry the tray and exit the kitchen to the bakery.

"Styles, Could you work at the cash register for today?" Greg asked me.

"Sure," As much as I want to groan, I really do need this job and money.

I take out each muffin from the tray and move them into the display. When I'm done I head over to the cash register which is on a table that is attached to the display. The bakery is small but the kitchen is bigger. It looks like a small box and the walls are colored different shades of pink and white hearts splattered everywhere. Looks like valentines just vomited all over this place with Christmas mixed in. Christmas is in 3 weeks, I still need to do my Christmas shopping. I lean against the wall and wait for costumers entering the door.

IT'S BEEN TWO GOD DAMN HOURS WHERE IS EVERYONE.

"Any costumers yet, Harold?" Luke bursts out of the kitchen doors.

"No, Not ye-"

A bell rings signaling that a costumer has arrived. My eyes  lock on the man who came in. Holy fucking shit. When he looks up his eyes are like the whole world. My world. My own Earth. His hair is beautifully colored brown. I turn my head to look at Hemmings and he's surprised too.

"Shit," He mouths at me.

"Fucking same," I mouth back.

"Ugh, Muffins again," The beautiful man with a high voice said.

His voice sounds like he's annoyed with the fact that it's always muffins, I'm annoyed too but that accent.

"Are you guys ever going to bake something new?" He looks at me.

My heart melts when he looks at me. Fuck! I can't say shit.

"I-I don't k-know," I stutter.

"Hm," He replies.

I can't even think straight, Why is he so hot?!?

"Hi, I'm gay-fuck-I mean I'm Luke. I work in the kitchen and shit you're hot. I mean, I-God. We want to, uh, a lot of us want to do something new and we don't want to stick to just muffins, trust me. Our boss is just not thinking out of the box, y-you know? His Grandmother, the owner and boss of this bakery, recently died and he is taking it a little hard, Yeah," Luke blushes.

He thinks he's hot too!

"I guess I'll take a blueberry muffin. Again," He rolls his eyes.

I grab a pink bag with the logo of the bakery on it and white tissue paper. I grab the blueberry muffin with the tissue paper and put it in the bag. I slide to the cash register.

"That'll be £1.32, please," I shyly said.

He fishes out for his wallet and hands me the money.

"Thanks," I whisper.

"What?" He asked.

"I said Thanks," I speak up.

"Oh," He said.

Ugh, I'm so quiet. I give him the bag and watch him walk out the door.

"By the way, Thanks for the compliment, Luke," He winks at both of us and exits.

"Can I just fucking say, He's hot as hell," Luke confesses.

"I agree, He's so pretty. His pretty blue eyes. His beautiful hair. The way he dressed was simply adorable," I think about him.

"Someone's gay and never told me," He smirks.

"Shush, I'm not gay oka-"

"Lies."

"If I were a girl...I-uh would definitely date him. He's that attractive okay?" I flush.

"They legalized gay marriage in America," He chuckles.

"Luke! Fuck, Go back to the kitchen!" I roll my eyes.

He walks to the kitchen and laughs his way.  I'm 100019282920102929% straight, I swear.

Or....Maybe I am?
