Dream memory

I was getting beaten in the middle of the woods by Jess, my ex best friend, and Jess fan boys or "body guards" jess and (friends name) got tired and left the boys to finish nearly killing me I was feeling completely numb and was fading into the darkness when they suddenly stopped huh? What happened I saw black liquid almost like oil that had shadow smoke coming off of it the liquid covered my body besides my face and the boys legs so they couldn't move something stung my injuries making me scream in pain and suddenly it stopped and something started growing from the shadow it left my body and went behind the boys and a creature started knocking out the guys I could not see it clearly but it looked like a shadow it suddenly collapsed and I crawled toward it I felt very sleepy when I got towards it I grabbed it's hand and whispered in a raspy voice a thank you and I closed my eyes sleeping peacefully it pulls me closer and held me breathing deeply with no heart beat

Reality

I opened my eyes to notice mephiles gone I was wrapped in a blanket and I unwrapped it and started walking on the cold tile floor I left the room and found myself lost in a maze of halls eventually I came to a kitchen where mephiles was making blueberry pancakes he looked toward me and told me to sit at the table we ate and sat in an uncomfortable silence that we wanted to not break what was I going to say 'why did you almost kill me''so I'm living here now' we moved to a living room and watched nightmare on elm street eventually I started laughing at how Freddy ran to kill people and mephiles stared at me eventually I got nervous and finally knew what to ask him

"Mephiles?"

"Hm"

"Why did you collapse yesterday"

"Because of your 'friends'"

He sounded mad when he said friends

"They fought me and nearly made me disappear off the face of the universe so now I'm very weak and I could barely change into my other forms they take more energy than the one I'm in now so I'm very weak after yesterday"

"Is there a way you could get stronger?"

"Well yes and somehow you happen to be that answer"

"Huh you lost me"

He moved on top of me pining my on the couch

"I seem to have a strong attraction to you and whenever your in a situation your scared or in pain or another person approaches you it sparks anger in me which makes me feel stronger and since I only get it around you I decided to make you as my little companion or as you humans call it a pet"

He was scaring me but when I realized what he said making me blush he just said he was attracted to me he then touched the back of my neck making me flinch

"I even gave you a collar and tags"

I was confused nothing on my neck was a collar unless he ment ... the mark on my neck but I had that since I was little

"That crystal I implanted in your neck connects to the mind making us have a mental connection so I can speak though your mind see through your eyes and enter your dreams"

He smirked and laid on me putting his face by my ear

"You belong to me my dear-"

He licked my neck making me tence

"And there is no escape hahahahahahaha"
