"HANNAH!" a loud angry voice shouted.
"What?" I shouted back.
There was a silence and footsteps came up the stairs.
"Why aren't you packed? We are suppose to be leaving in an hour!" My mother yelled.
I put my head down and shrugged my shoulders softly.
"Im sorry." I whispered as I got off my bed and started to drag my large suitcase from under my bed.
After packing I looked around my room and sighed at the thought of not being here for the whole summer. You see my mother wanted rid of me, after I told her my secret.
I took one last look around the room before heading down stairs with my suitcase.
"Bye!" I smiled at my dad and younger sister.
My dad didn't even look up. I would have been upset if it wasn't for my little sister Maggie, she smiled at me and waved.

The car ride was an awkward one. My mother didn't say a word to me and it upset me but I wouldn't show her that. I looked out the window as I left my small town and ventured into the unknown.
Im not sure how long for but I fell asleep, I opened my eyes just in time to see the banner. "Welcome to Camp Takota!" I read out in a sarcastic tone.
Once parked I got my suitcase out of the car and my mom drove off, she didn't even bother to say bye. Typical.

I walked over to the sign in desk marked from surnames A-J. I looked at the woman behind the desk and smiled, she smiled back.
"Surname, please." She boomed.
"Hart, without an E." I replied bluntly.
"Ah, Mamrie Hart, here you go." She smiled widely.
"Im not Mamrie Hart, I'm Hannah." I looked at the paper in my hand with confusion.
The woman behind the desk apologised and looked around.
"Who is Mamrie then." She wondered out loud.
"That would be me, Im Mamrie Hart." Came a voice with an exaggerated accent.
