Elliott and Olivia had been having a secret relationship for about a year now it started about 4months after Elliott and Kathy got a divorce. No one knew about them accept Alex Olivia's best friend and also there ADA. It was Olivia's birthday and Elliott wanted to get Olivia the best birthday present he knew how much she wanted a child and that she was not able to adopt he was going to try and get her pregnant.

When Olivia went into her and Elliott's room she saw rose pettles on the floor and onto the bed with candles and Elliott was laying on the bed naked when he saw her he pushed the button on the remote that turned or the "bed" song. Olivia hopped onto the bed and started kissing Elliott, Elliott started ripping off her cloths and when he got inside of her she moaned so loudly the neighbors call to complain but they just let it go to voice mail of course. One day about a month after her birthday Olivia wasn't feeling well on the job and she noticed that she should of had he period 2 weeks ago and she thought back to weather she and El had used protection so she told El to cover for her while she ran a quick errand to the pharmacy around the corner. When she got there she went to to the isle with condoms, and birth test she grabbed 1 of each or the 3 most expensive ones she didn't go straight to a bathroom close by she went to go see Alex Cabbot her best friend. Liv went into the bathroom and came out 5 minutes later and they walked back to Alex's office and by the time they got back there the test were done Olivia was gonna have a baby child. Olivia was excited but worried about what she would do with the baby she wanted to keep it but was afraid of what Elliott would say about the baby. Because she had no idea it was her birthday present from Elliott .As soon as she got back to the station she asked Elliott if they could talk privately in the crib and he got this smile on his face and followed her in there. Her what's up he said Elliott I'm pregnant. Liv that is amazing were gonna be parents!!! Elliott knew that he would be able to say that soon.

Olivia and Elliott scheduled an appointment with a doctor for the following weekend. The doctor d them that it could be dangerous having a baby at her age.e
