this is the biggest mistake of my families life. Avril is the to be alpha female. She has not found her mate ,but she has desided to mate with a boy named tyler. he was a egotistical child. he was only 19 and she was 17. he was obviously using her for the tital of alpha. she was dressed in white and was about to wisper the words that would ruin this pack.

"i d.."

"NO!" I screamed from the forest cover. i had run to here in wolf form from my home town. she looked at me with a look of confusion. but tyler was looking at me with a murderous glare.

"how dare you interupt your new alphas mating!!" his voice was a screeching on my eardrums.

i ignored him and made my way to the front where they stood. my family was sitting in the chairs. i nodded to them and then focased my attention on my neice. "Scarlet...why are you.." i held up my hand and she quieted down. i turned and adressed my pack mates.

"my pack. i have to stop this..untrue mating." everyone gasped. they obviously didnt know that they were not real mates. Avrils mother and father had anger in their eyes.

"NO!!!! NONONONONO...NOOOO!!" tyler yelled from behind me. i turned and saw my neice backing away from him. he looked livid. "you. have. ruined. everything!" Avril looked confused and hurt

"but the...the sparks" she shook her head. "he is my mate"

i walked toward her "he is lying to.."

"He. is my mate." her voice was hard and cold.

i stood up straight and shook my head. in a pack every blood related family memeber of at least three generations (unless if their dead) must agree to the mating.

i swallowed. this will make her hate me. "i forbid this mating"

without a beat she got in front of tyler amd growled at me. i dont know how he has gotten her so mixed up. she will know someday that i am just doing her and this pack a favor.

"you are banashed! " i heard her scream and i felt pain in my chest.

whenever a alpha or female alpha (even the next in line) banish you it is considered as a death sentence. most die in the transition from pack member to rogue. i doubled over and started to cry. the feeling of belonging to something and the feeling of the pack link was dissapering. i felt someone grabbing me. i looked up and saw my brother maximus, my mom and dad. my father was holding my mother as she cried into his shoulder. maximus was yelling at someone as he held me. i couldnt hear anything, it was all fadded and i only got bits of sound. i looked at my neice and saw confusion and anger on her face. she turned to tyler and looked to be livid. what ia going on?

my vision started to fade and i found myself looking up into the beautiful sky amd i blacked out.

alphas pov

i looked at my daughter and her boyfriend. how had they tricked me into thinking they were mates? i growled and walked toward tyler. he was growling back at me but he would not intimidate me. when a regular wolf trys to be alpha they will fail because they wont intimidate anyone or have any athority.

"i alpha of the red paw pack order you. tyler ravenwood, to leave my land and never return. you are. in the eyes of the packs. a rogue!"

the tyler boy yelled and dropped to the floor in pain. the only diference between his cry and my neice. is that I dont give a damn.

I went over to scarlet and nelt next to my sister anet.

"im sorry..." I hugfed her to me but I felt her fist hit me with all she had.

"you...you...your daughter. ...has......killed mine!" Anet yelled. Anet looked at Avril with a death glare.

"if my daughter does not live by some chance. you will die!"

Scarlets pov

the pain was numbing. I felt like I had been attacked by a wild bear and hit by a truck. I had heard stories about what happend to pack members turned rogue. they either turned and died imediatly or the met their mate. but that rarely ever happened.

I started to feel the change and I almost cried out. I felt my mind start to change and my body weakin. my pack link was long gone and I could no longer feel my familys comforting thoughts. that was always the one thing I could covunt on when I felt empty. and now I have no one to lean on. I opened my eyes and tried to see into the darkness but nothing met my wondering eyes. I blinked and screamed in frustration. why could I not see? I crinkled my face and felt something on my cheek. I smiled and went to raise my hand to take off the bandage. but unfortionatly in my quest to find out why I could not see a damn thing I failed to notice that my hands were handcuffed behind my back. I groaned and tried to get up so that I could get out. I flipped my arms around my feet and huffed when I finally got them around my ankles.

"is she awake?" a gruff voice said in a wisper from the other side of the door.

"no. she wont be for another few hours"

I almost laughed at the stupidity of these men. I never knew why I ever thought that pack guards were smart. they were as stupid as a dead monkey.

"I feel so sorry for her. she was only trying to protect the pack,but that worlock tyler got to avril and...I just cant imagine how it would feel to become rogue. " I laughed out loud as I heard his speach. by now I had untied my hands and opened the door.

"it feels amaaaazzzing. but thank you for asking" my voice was cold and I laughed maliciously.

"oh shit chain her!" the gruff voice guard yelled. he was about 50 and had a scar down his right eye.

I saw more guards rush toward me and I knew that I had no chance of getting out of here. but I do know that I will take a few out. I growled and felt my wolf come out.

I laughed as I felt the pain of my first shift without that pathetic pack link.

I shook my fur and barelled passed all the guards. I used my sense of smell to find out were the other wolves came from.

"halt! scarlet! we can help you!" I heard voices echoing off the walls.

I burst through the door that all of the guards have come from.

I was in a huge white room, and it was obviously a living room. all of the scents were familiar and I could feel the alpha powers in this home.

"Scarlet.! please we can help you back from this" I saw a child that was about seven come into the room.

"Scarlet!" she squeeled and ran toward me. I growled and crouched down, she would pay for coming near me.

"clare! get back here now!" I looked up to see alpha george of the southfang pack. I scrunched up my face, why was he here?

behind him I saw my family crying, and I almost laughed. they were weak.

I looked around for an escape but all I saw was a lot of pack members. most of them looked familiar and they were all crying. I saw another alpha push through the crowd and my fur stood on end.

"scarlet! please calm down we can help you!" alpha georges voice was clam as her walked toward me.

"we can help you through this..." I saw at least ten alphas walk into the living room. I felt like I was in a small box and I knew I wouldnt be able to fight them off.

and I did the stupidest thing possible, I jumped out the window.
