Drake was sitting behind his desk writing down his lesson appointments for the week when the bell on his door rang. This shocked him; ever since he had started taking lessons on how to control his curse, he had become more organized on when they would come and he didn't have another in a week. When he didn't answer the door, she entered anyway. 'Miss Way? Is it urgent?'

'I am afraid so. Your first mission is today.' Finally! Drake had heard all about the trips some of the people went on but, in the two months he had been here, he hadn't been on one. He liked to think that this was deliberate, that they were afraid he wouldn't come back. I would stay here any day. Different to his earlier beliefs, Drake felt if he left, he would never be able to stop himself hurting people. He hung to that place for his life. He guessed, they believed that now. 'Don't get too exited, Mr Wilde. This is a short, albeit dangerous mission. Come with me.'

They went down to a room on the left-hand side of the corridor. He now knew that the if the room was on the left side of the hall then it is used solely for meetings. They walked straight into an argument between Machelle Kingen and Christopher Lang.

'They will be there before we arrive if we wait that long.'

'But if we walk straight in then they'll trap us before we have time to get out.'

'If we get there while they're there we won't even get in never mind out!'

'People, please!' Ancelinestopped them. 'Can we keep this strictly professional?' Once everyone was quiet, Drake drew his attention to the board split in the centre of the room. On it was a map of a house, each half with a different floor and covered in small magnets. Marked were several dots corresponding either to superiors or unspecified civilians.

'Lang is right, Kingen. If we wait forever it will become dangerous to penetrate the perimeter. Set the time back, please.' With a scowl on her face, Machelle moved the time and other magnets back to it's original state without lifting a finger. A while ago, this would've sent Drake up the wall but the training doubled as therapy, Mr Garello calming him over the whole situation. She kissed Chris and they sat on the chairs surrounding the room. Drake joined the couple and a few individuals just arriving, while Miss Way took her place at the centre of the room.

'Now, several of you have recently arrived and some of you haven't yet heard the briefing so, as the leader of this mission, I shall repeat it for their benefits. South from here there is a house home to a teenager who is a robur and we believe she is under the influence of parents that do not know how to care for her. This mission is to save her and rehabilitate her here. Hopefully, ion some time, she can return into the care of her family.

'To get her away will, inevitably be tricky. We are under belief that they know about this mission and see it as an attack. Blinded with hatred and trying to protect their daughter, several relatives have been called to try and extinguish any threat that we may pose them. Therefore, we will need the help of each of you individually.

'We expect that when we arrive no one but the parents will be there,' she continued, pointing out two blue markers on the map. 'But, we have to be swift as the relatives will follow closely after us. Shepard, you will be positioned here at precisely 3:06 and will move into the house to take care of the mother, who will be positioned on the second floor. You will be supplied with sleeping gas. Meanwhile, Terry, you will have to draw the father outside and I don't want to find him dead this time. Kingen and I will then accent the to second floor and escort Miss Bolton to the vehicle around 3:12.

'That leaves Lang, Sommer and Wilde to deal with the arriving kin. The perimeter will be surrounded with a filter, so whatever happens the neighbours will not see or hear anything. Remember to be careful, there are few of them but they are a violent family. Trust me when I say at least one will bring a gun. The perimeter will be surrounded with a filter, so whatever happens the neighbours will not see or hear anything. I ask you not to kill them, but do no fret if you do. Sometimes it cannot be helped.'
