What's that feeling you get when you're in a foreign country?
When the air smells of excitement, when the food smells like adventure?
When all your senses are heightened and everything's just amplified?
You're soaking it all up -the culture, the people, the authenticity, the atmosphere- and you just can't keep that grin off your face (well, why would you want to? Unless you fear looking like a psychopath excited tourist).
The air is always fresher, no matter where you are, the people are incredibly awe-inspiring to watch and everything (including yourself) seems so alive.
And when you get to that special Wonder of the World landmark, you just can't help but stop, stare and think -wow.
Yes, I don't exactly know what to call that feeling. It's so much more than excitement. So much more.
But whatever that feeling is, I want to continue feeling it, for as long as I live.
I guess it's just a taste of travel..
