"Jasmine you don't wanna be late for your first day back to school. Hurry up now" My mother calls me from downstairs as she gets my little brother Jason ready.

"I'm coming" I yell as loud as I could because my door was closed. I quickly grabbed my bags after finishing my make-up and went downstairs. My mother grabbed her car keys and started the car. The car ride was very annoying because of Jason singing all the songs the radio played. Once my mother pulled up to my school, I got out, fixed my skirt and went inside. Inside the school, it was just like always. I met up with my friends Vanessa and Ashley. They are sorta my entourage and we have been best friends since 9th grade and now we are in 11th, so we have one more year to go....SENIOR YEAR!

As Ashley, Vanessa and I walk down the hall to our lockers, everyone moves away from the center and cleats a path for all of us. It felt great to be popular. In movies all popular girls are very mean and devious. Me on the other hand, am not like them. I'm a nice, sweet, caring, and loving person who is just respected by everyone. Once we got to our lockers, I see my boyfriend Brandon standing by my locker with flowers for I don't know what reason. I feel like everything that's going to happen today is going to be perfect.
