Ashley on the side/top

~~Next Day~~

Dylan's Pov

We walked into the wall. We were walking to the tattoo/piercing parlor Rian worked at. Layla and Jayden aren't with us because they wanted to go to Claire's to get nail polish and flower crowns.

"So what tattoo design are you gonna get," Daniel asked as we head into the parlor.

"I'm getting the words "Everything Has Changed" in cursive across my chest," I said. I look at Jules and she gave me a sad look. I sit in the chair thingy. Rian asks what I wanted and he started to get ready. I took about an hour and a half but it was worth it. After we left the store, Ashley asked me why I got to those words. I told them that it was a long story so we should sit down in the food court. Once we got there I started to explain.

"So somewhere around in the middle of fifth grade. My sister and her friend were singing Everything Has Changed by Taylor Swift because it was a spring showcase and after that was done we went to lunch. And we had a group of friends that were me, Layla, Jules, Keaton, Jay, and Alec, but Keaton and I were closest to each other. And that day he asked out a girl he liked, but she rejected him very badly, so when he came back to tell us what happened he just sat there in silence. About a minute later he grabbed my iPod he knew I was the saddest at the time and put on the song Everything Has Changed and sat there crying on my shoulder the whole time.

So Jules and I started to comfort him. That song was what got us close and even closer in the next four and a half years. But of course something bad happened in the tenth grade, the girls and boys got more distant. I and Jules weren't typical girls that wear dresses, we started liking bands and Layla looked scene but like girly stuff and the boys started to play attention to people they didn't even care about. They forgot the little things that set us off or sometimes even called us by the girl they slept with the night before. And somewhere around the end of tenth grade, my parents had died and when the girls and I told Jay, Keaton, and Alec what had happened, they told me to suck it up and stop being a little bitch for crying. But what I realized was that they drunk because they had bloodshot eyes.

The next day they had tried to apologize to us for they said but we just ignored them and walked away. We completely pushed them out of our lives. And I asked Layla and Jules why they didn't stay friends with them and they said because they didn't want to be friends with jerks" I say, my eyes watering a little.

"Wow," Daniel says while hugging Jules. Ashley stands up to give me a hug and I start crying a little.

"I hate crying, let's just go look for Layla and Jayden," I say while walking out of the food court.

Jayden's Pov

We were walking around Claire's and Layla asked me how did our date go.

"It was beautiful," I say thinking of what happened last night. Daniel took me out to the beach and it was wonderful.

*Flashback*

"Hey, love?" Daniel asked, looking at me with adoring eyes.

"Yes?" I asked, rubbing my nose into his chest. I inhaled his scent, loving how he smelled like the apple cologne he knows I love.

Daniel pulled away from me and dug into his pocket. He grabbed a black box and my eyes widened.

"D-Danny?" I asked, stuttering a bit.

"Remember the day we met?" He asked. I nodded.

"Yeah, I was struggling in biology and you offered to help me."

"That's right. But that wasn't the first time I've seen you."

"It's not?" I asked, surprised.

"Mhm. When you were at your freshman orientation, I was one of the orientation leaders. I remember seeing you wearing that black skater skirt, oversized baby blue sweater and knee high socks. The first thing that went through my mind was "damn, I need to meet this beautiful boy."

I looked down, blushing madly. "Really?"

"Yes, baby. I usually help out the teachers on my lunch period so when I found out that you were having trouble in bio, I knew it was my one chance to meet you.

So I did. I offered to help and I honestly don't know where I'd be if you would've turned me down."

"If it weren't for that, we wouldn't be together," I pointed out. He nodded.

"That's right. Jayden, when we first got together on October 25th, 2013 at 11:11pm, I felt like the luckiest guy in the world. And I still am. We've been together for two years and I am proud to show you off and let everyone know that you are mine. I love your smile, I love how you aren't afraid to be yourself; I love everything about you. You are the most important person in my life and you always will be. So, that's why I got you this."

He opened the black box, only to reveal two rings. The silver one had "her beast" and the gold one had "his beauty" engraved on it. I gasped.

"Are these the rings from Hot Topic?" I asked. Daniel nodded.

"This isn't a marriage proposal, but instead a promise. I promise to always be by your side. I promise to always be faithful to you and love you like you've never been loved before. I promise to take care of you and cherish you. I promise to treat you the way you deserved to be treated, like a queen. I promise that one day, you will be walking down the aisle, me waiting at the end for us to get married. I, Daniel Stevens, promise to you, Jayden Rodriguez, to give you the world."

I soon began to cry, a wave of happiness overcoming me. Daniel gently grabbed my hand and put the gold ring on my ring finger.

"I love you, baby boy."

"I love you too."

The time was now 11:11 and we kissed.

~~~End of Flashback~~~
"Aww that's so cute," Layla says while putting a pink flower crown on my head.
"Come on let's pay for this stuff. Got a text from Danny, he said we're going to have a sleepover at Dylan's house" I say. We pay for the stuff and we met the others at the car.
"Hey baby boy, what did you get," Daniel asks, pulling me onto his lap. I cuddle into his shoulder and say a few flower crowns, nail polish and more blue hair die since there's is fading. I start to fall asleep, waiting to be woken up once we're at Dylan's house.
