As I faced Onikage only one thing came to my mind.

How did I not realize that he was Suzaku? It was obvious, and it made sense. Why did I not realize it before?

"What's the matter? Are you angry at me? Or should I say, are you angry at Suzaku?" Onikage said as he laughed.

"Why? Why did you pretend to be Suzaku?" I said as I prepared and got my sword.

"I have my reasons, but that's not what is important..." Onikage already prepared to fight.

He is not telling me something, but what?

"Well what ever reason, Lord Mei-Oh will never pass through that portal!" I said as I flung the Izayoi at Onikage.

He jumped over me. "Still the same Rikimaru, nothing will stop Lord Mei-Oh not even you!" Onikage jumped kicked in the air and his foot hit my sword.

I pushed him aside which threw off his balance. He fell down and I stood over him. As I prepared to finish him, I heard a noise.

It was from the portal.

It was changing.

It started to get bigger, and it started to send out lightening.

"You're too late." Onikage laughed as he disappeared

I knew there was only one thing I could do to stop Lord Mei-Oh from crossing the portal.

As I looked around, I saw Ayame. She was standing up over Lady Kagami.

Kagami was saying something, but I could not hear what she said. Then Ayame got her blades, then I noticed Kagami started bleeding.

No time to worry about that. I had to warn Ayame.

After Ayame got her blades from Lady Kagami's stomach she started to walk towards me.

Kagami said something else that I did not hear, but it made Ayame stop.

She was still, but Ayame did not look back.

"Ayame! Get out before the cave collapses, Lord Mei-Oh is coming!"

"What are we going to do?!" She said as she ran towards me.

"Just go and make sure Lord Gohda is protected!" I demanded.

She nodded and headed off.

She never looked back.

Good.

I heard Lady Kagami's laugh echo through the cave.

"What, are you not going to try to escape?" She said as she covered her wound.

"I must do what is best." I said as I got the Izayoi sword out.

"And what is that?" She said as she tried to get up.

"To stop Lord Mei-Oh..." I said calmly.

I looked down at the Izayoi in my hand, I hope Master would be proud.

This is for Tatsumaru, Master Shiunsai, Lord Gohda, Princess Kiku and Ayame.

I hope Ayame got out safe and Lord Gohda is protected.
