Piper POV*
I sat waiting in Mr. Caldwinn's classroom, just watching, waiting, for something exciting to happen. I do this everyday and nothing ever happens. I'm just a girl, I'm in high school, and no one ever talks to me, cause im a loser. But I don't blame them why would they want to talk to me, I'm worthless. It was 20 minutes into class and I had no idea anything the teacher had said, because once again I went into, what Mr. Caldwinn says, my 'la la land' and totally spaced out. That was when the door swung open so fast that it made the entire class jump. In walked a new kid, tall, blond, green-eyes...beautiful green-eyes. I countinued with my work, unlike everyother girl in the class who were on the edge of their chairs watching him like he was going to do something spectacular. The teacher introduced him, "Hello class, this is a new student here at the Royals school. His name is Kendall Mitchell and I expect you to treat him with the same amount of respect as you do for me." He turned to Kendell, smiled, then said the words that would change the way I saw the world, "you can go sit in the back next to Piper." And he did so. We sat there in silence for about 20 deadly awkward seconds, and then he said "Hi, I'm Kendell." He sounded surprisingly cheery for his looks and all black clothes. (*= thoughts) *hes talking to me. Why? What do I say* "Hi..." I said very awkwardly and then turned away. He made a good decision for me and didn't talk again the whole class....

HI YOU GUYS! That's my very first chapter of my very first story...YAYAYAY. sry if it sucked cause I've never written before. I'll try to improve. I will also try and make the chapters longer. I'm open to polite criticism. Yeah so bye!
