"Huh?" I woke up outside again.
"I clearly remember going to bed" I told myself. I then heard a noise like an animal was eating. I turn to my right to see a human eating another human.
"Well there goes the world" I said getting up, grabbing a shovel and pounding the zombies head with it. The zombie was my neighbor Phebe. I walked into my house with the shovel ready to swing if an infected or a walker popped up to bite me. You see there are several different types of zombies. There are Walkers, they're pretty easy to deal with, but when they hit you it kinda hurts. Next there is the Infected, now they are a bit of a pain, they are fast and they scratch you. Their scream, oh boy their scream annoys a crap out of me I'll tell you. Then there's the Thug, they are a pain too. They are pretty tall and built to destroy you. There is the Suicider, the Suicider is not fully a zombie but he is deadly, if you get too close he will explode and kill you in an instant. Finally there's the Butcher, that thing is the real problem around here, he will tear you to shredds. Anyway, back to the story.
I was staying in Baoni with my best friend Haley, one night we were at the beach by ourselves talking about zombie games and other nerdy things. Girls were all over the place making out with boys they just met.
"Ewww go get a room!!" Haley and I would yell when people who were making out would go by us. They would scowl at us and walk away
"Make sure to use protection sir." I would say. We weren't really worried about boys at the time we just wanted to have fun with each other and enjoy our vacation together. It was getting really late and we were getting tired.
"Hey do you want to go to the hotel, pop in a movie and order pizza?" Haley asked me. I nodded in aggrement and we headed for the hotel. The hotel was a really cool place it was shaped like an ocean wave and had a lot of late night parties. We only went to two of the parties and we were not impressed with them. They had no good music, the people were always drunk, and the workers were lazy. So we decided we would watch movies and go to the beach.
That night was a night we'll never forget. We had beer and pizza along with a movie called "Survival of the Dead" it was about zombies and other things. I think we ended up crashing about two in the morning.I woke up with a headache but nothing major, Haley was already up and eating left over pizza.
"Wanna go to the beach or something?" I asked taking a bite of cold pizza. Haley said yes and put some clothes on. I grabbed my phone and we headed out, we were at the door when we heard a scream at the window, I spun around to see a lady falling from what was probably the highest point of the hotel. She was covered in blood and had a big peice of her taken out like she had been eaten by something, I turned around to see Haley scarred.
"Do you think?" I asked with big eyes
"No! No it can't be" she snapped.
"Why else would that woman be falling and have peices of skin missing?!" I exclaimed
"Maybe she got in a fight with a bear or something! Hell I pray it's anything but a zombie!" She said holding back the tears. All of the sudden we heard pounding on the door with growls.
"Haley grab a weapon"
"Wha-"
"NOW!!!" I screamed. Haley jumped in shock and grabbed two knives. She was about to walk over and hand me one of the knives, but one of the infected were already in. Haley didn't know what to do.
"Throw the knife!"
"Are you crazy?!"
"Just throw it!" I yelled desperate. Haley's eyes got big, she closed them and threw a knife at me, I cringed with my hand open. I felt something land in my hand, then a quick sharp pain between my thumb and index finger. I looked at my lefy hand to see the blade of the knife in my hand and blood running down my wrist. I looked up at Haley to see her shocked.
"I'm so sorry"
"Behind you!" I yelled. Haley turned around and stabbed the zombie in the eye.
