Chapter 3

Looking around the empty diner I take sip of my coffee which was still hot.

I ignore the burning sensation that filled my mouth from the boiling liquid, as Jason took a next to me with an annoyed expression on his face.

"What crawled up your butt and died?" I questioned Jason as I nudged his shoulder playfully.

"They don't sell strawberry cheesecake anymore? He said pouting.

Moments like these remind me of why I had a crush on him and make me regret ever breaking up with him but things happen for a reason.

"How about after lunch you come back to mine and I'll make you the best cheesecake you've ever tasted in your life" I suggested watching his frown turn in to the biggest smile I had ever seen.

"By make she means buy" Hanna muttered giggling to her self.

"Hello, I'm Delilah and today I'll be your waiter what can I get you?" A pretty brunette asked.

"I'll have the cheesy fries and a double cheese burger but hold the pickles" I replied still reading the menu.

"I'll have the steak and cheesy fries, what do you want babe?" Dean asked turning to face a very confused Hanna.

"I'll have the chicken salad and a glass of water" she answered fiddling with her hands.

"And what will you have handsome?" The waitress asked winking at Jason which made me giggle.

"I'll  have what she's having" Jason said slinging his arm around my shoulder pulling me close to him. I felt bad for the girl I could tell she had a crush on Jason I mean who wouldn't he's cute but I could also tell Jason wasn't Interested.

"Oh uh-uh okay" she stuttered scribbling something onto her notepad.

"Do you remember what happened when we first came here" I said smiling at Jason, he gave me a puzzled look trying to remember.

"So babe, what are our plans for the next 2 months now that I'm back?" Hanna asked dean.

"Yeah same to you violet, now that I'm back what are our plans" Jason asked.

"Eat, sleep,rave repeat, just like the old times" I said remembering how Jason and I use to party hard. "Sounds like a plan" he replied back.

"I have plenty of ideas of what we could do" dean whispered seductively in her ear.

Ignoring dean and Hanna once again I turn to face Jason who still had his arm around me "who are you texting?" I asked. "Maya a hot girl in my English lit class, she's coming down tomorrow I'm asking her if she wants to hang" hearing him say that did hurt a little but I didn't know why we both had moved on.

"She can't be as hot as me" I said pouting "know one is has hot as you" he said staring at my pouted lips.

"Here's your meal" our waitress said clearing her throat before placing our plates in front of us "who shall be paying for this?" We all looked at each other before I finally gave in and said I would.

"No no, a lady as hot as you shouldn't be paying!" Jason said handing Delilah a fifty pound note "keep the change and treat your self buy yourself something pretty" he said giving her a wink. Hanna and I started giggling at his cheesiness but it was cute because Delilah started blushing Before she excused herself.

Lunch was pretty quick although Jason ordered a lot of milkshakes and complimented Deliah to see how many times he could make her blush. It was pretty entertaining for a while but of course I got bored and asked if we could leave Jason didn't complain and said before going to mine we could visit his friends on the way. Hanna and dean decided to stay Hanna said something about having alone time.

Right now we were sat in the car outside of Jason's house his friends said they would meet him here for a bit. I hadn't seen Jason's friends since he left for uni only because we didn't get along often.

"There they are" I said getting out of the car and going to hug the boy's.

"Ethan, Kyle" did I mention Ethan and Kyle were twins, well they are and they look like sexy Greek gods with there perfect blonde hair, blue eyes and golden tanned skin.

"There's our favourite trouble maker!" Kylie said laughing. I'm not a trouble maker" I gasped hugging Ethan.

The boys gave Jason a manly handshake before talking about uni and girls that's when I zoned out that's not something I wanted to talk about with them especially with Jason even though we broke up and we're friends it annoyed me a bit when he talked about other girls.

"Earth to violet" Kyle shouted waving his arm around "what" I muttered feeling a bit embarrassed.

"Party at our house tomorrow, you coming?" Ethan asked.

"You'll see us there" Jason answered for me.

"So dudes, Jason and I are going back to mine to watch a film and eat cheesecake, you coming?" I ask already knowing the answer by looking at the grins on there faces.

Boys and cheesecake I thought to myself
