Casey's POV
*beep beep beep beep beep*
I shut my alarm off and jumped out of bed. Today is going to be wonderful.
Today there will be 15 girls from the orphanage picked to enter a contest. Not just any contest though, a contest to see who will be adopted by, drumroll please, One Direction!!!!!!!!
I guess it isn't really a contest. Each member talks a little with each girl and then picks the one he wants to adopt. But it's not like any other adoption, they become friends with the girls. Not just simple questions.
I don't know why their adopting kids though. I mean, look at them.
I walked to the bathroom and stepped in the shower. When I got out I put on denim shorts with white daisies and a pink stripped tank top with a pink blouse on top. It's my favorite outfit.
Next, I brushed my hair to its natural waves and pinned my bangs on top of my head making a small bump.
After my hair was done I washed my face with acne wash and did my make up.
I went to Ashley's room to find her in pink booty shorts and a grey aero t-shirt. She also had her hair natural but her bangs weren't back.
"Morning" she said
"You too. You ready to go?" I asked
"Yea buddy!"
We walked downstairs to go eat breakfast. There were already about 10 girls at the table. We walked in to the kitchen and picked up our trays.
"What'll it be?" Asked the cook. She was really nice. I liked her.
"Breakfast pizza and a cereal." I answered
We did have the greatest stuff but we had food, and a place to stay. That's all we needed. I've lost a lot of weight in the year I've been here. I used to all the time, but now I cant.
We finished our breakfast and headed to my room.
Ashley sat on my bed and said "Do you think one of us will get picked?"
"I know it. Just keep your up, act confident, and smile." I said getting a little motherly
"If one of us gets picked and the other doesn't, what do we do?"
"We'll cross that bridge if its on the road." I replied
I sat down on the bed next to her.
"But I do know, whatever happens, we're going to be best friends forever. We're going through this together I know how you feel. You're nervous yet excited." I said
"You're the best" Ash said before hugging me
"Yea I know." I said in the hug.
Just then we heard Kelsie, the orphanage owner yelled from downstairs. "Every girl come downstairs! We have the results!"
"Let's go." I said to Ashley
We got and went downstairs followed by 20 other girls. There were already a couple girls down there. I guess I should have mentioned this earlier but this is an all girl orphanage. And it's in California.
We got downstairs and sat at the tables.
"Now as you all know.........well, I won't ramble on. The girls going are, Hayley, Jessie, Bailey, Kamryn, Ashley, Kylie, Abby, Caitlin, Hannah, Erin, Lucy, Ally, Susan, Molly, and lastly, Casey.
I'm going to meet One Direction and possibly be adopted by one of them. My life just got a lot better.
