                          Shuji: No... He was the one who pushed me. He'd figured everything out and was taking me to the police station. Out there in the rain, I kept thinking about my future. I decided to jump in front of a passing truck and end it all. He ran after me and pushed me to safety... But got hit by the truck in my place. I owe him everything. He gave me the courage to move on and the chance to get back on my feet.
                          Miwako: But you got back on your feet with stolen money!
