"Lauren, stop being stupid! It's 3710 multiplied by 789! Come on! You are a fucking senior! Get your head together." Abby smacks her pencil on the table. Worst tutor in hell. I can easily ruin her high school experience, but I'm not like that. Im not the typical life-ruiner, don't get me wrong, I can. But not anytime soon no one deserves such things
"Just shut up Abby. Let me do the math. Bitch." I mutter under my breath and lazily do the math. It's not that Im dumb, its just that I don't wanna do math. So I won't but lately mom has been a pain in the ass about it. Abby snarls and rips the paper away from me.
"Im done with you Lauren! You are so irritating and un-teachable. Just get your rich mommy to buy you another tutor!" She stomps off leaving me
shocked. This girl has some issues. I stand up and walk upstairs to my room where I had all my prized possessions. Including all my Jordans and OVO gear. Im not sassy like other popular's. Im just easily annoyed. I do not beg my parents for money, and never show off. Im just given things, so I accept it. I admit my 'friends' are only around me for the reputation and money I guess. It doesn't bother me, as long as they don't do anything harmful towards me.So many people picture me as a deadly girly girl. In the inside Im just a simple teenager, spoiled. Which is what ruins my image. I guess. Im spoiled. I sigh and look around my heavily decorated room. Sometimes I wish for a normal life, but being the daughter of your hometown's mayor and daughter of your school district's head mistress, you just can't be normal.
I jump on bed and grab my Iphone. I text Evelyn immediately.
L~ Yo Eve. Wanna come over? Sleepover?
I groan in frustration as she doesn't respond soon. She always does that to me. I know for a fact that she got a notification, and she's always on her phone, so she had to have known I messaged. I have the greatest friends. I listen to the silence of the house, until I hear mom come home. She trudges up the stairs and I hear as she slowly nears my room. She walks in clearly not amused.
"Abby called in to retire from her position. Why Laur? Why are you so cruel to your mother?" She rubs her temple and crashes onto my beanbag. More like, why does everyone blame me? I stay quiet and watch as she thinks intensely. Mom is not naive and quite smart, so if I tell her a lie, she would know. She stands slowly and eyes me.
"No internet for a week."
I nod obediently, when internally Im yelling my lungs out. Why do I always have to get punished when its not always my fault. I groan and check to see if maybe mom kept the internet. Nope. No connection. I already got my tv taken away from my room. So now there is completely nothing to do. I go downstairs and bump into my asshole of a brother.
"Watch it! You're gonna ruin this beautiful landscape." I roll my eyes at is cockiness. My family is messed up.
Mom was downstairs on her laptop. Dad is always out, leaving the household cleaning to mom and I. Kyle is no help. He is the worst brother ever. So cocky and stupid. Worse than me, yet I still get the blame for everything.
I go over to the kitchen and pop some popcorn in the microwave. No pun intended. As I wait I do the dishes, it was my turn anyways. Once I place them in the dishwasher I grab the popcorn and go over to the living room. I flip the channel to MTV.

I wake up to my blaring alarm. The moment Ive been dreading. Time for hell. I walk over to my closet and grab some black jeans. I throw on an oversized coat. Im so tired. Why does school start so damn early? Kyle just graduated and he's all up in my face about it. The asshole. I brush my hair and straighten it. Mom knocks gently and bursts the door open.
