That morning..
Qeys's POV.
I was about to pull away from Jungkook's hug when Jungkook suddenly pulled me closer and buried his face in my hair. "Minji, I'm sorry. Please, don't leave me." He sobbed in his sleep. Who's Minji? I went confused for a while and wait until Jungkook's sobbing disappear. Once he's all fine, I went to the bathroom and got myself ready.
"Minji.." "I'm so sorry.." Jungkook continued to talk in his sleep, turning here and there, making the bed a total mess. I felt a slight of envy, to that Minji he kept calling. And sympathy to the Jungkook who's not having a good time sleeping, and he looked rather depressed and desperate instead of just sad.
I dug into Jungkook's luggage, looking for what I could wear for today. And there, I saw his wallet. Curiousity led me to open it. I smiled when I saw a picture of him when he was little, he didn't changed a bit. And it looks like there's more picture behind it, I took it all out and take a look at each one.
There was a picture of his parents, a picture of him on his graduation day, and wait... A picture of him, hugging a girl that really looks like me. Except the fact that the girl in the picture looked a bit fatter than me, no, she's not fat. I'm the one who's skinny, and she looks good. Too good. And she seemed so much happier than me. It was obvious in her cute grin face when she wrapped her arms around his neck. Jungkook seemed happy too. Happier than I ever know.
And I saw another picture. It was the girl from the previous photo, but she looked different. She looked so peaceful that it would shatter everyone's heart when they look at her. In that picture, she was standing with her arms wide open, her hair was following the wind's rythm. She was closing her eyes, and smiling. The background was perfect, sakura. Falling sakura. I flipped it, showing the back part.
"If you ever thought of me, look at this photo and see how happy I am without you. " So this is Minji, huh? Well, those words would leave a deep cut to him.
I placed all the pictures to where they belong, put back the wallet, and left to change when I heard Jungkook's voice. Once I was done, I left so quickly that he couldn't even finish his 'good morning' greeting.
