Hi Roommate

Chapter Two..

"Sarah, meet Rachel she will be one of your roommates." pakilala sa amin ng matandang babae na nagdala sa akin dito sa isang makalumang bahay. The whole place is beautiful.. para akong nasa probinsya pero I'm still mad okay? Galit na galit ako sa parent's ko at sa ate kong baliw. Hindi man lang nila ako tinanong kung payag ba talaga ako. They just dragged me in this kind of situation.

"Hi roommate," nakangiting sabi niya. She look's nice, actually she's pretty, she has this set of hazel eyes, she has a fair skin and she's sexy, pero mas maganda parin ako. "Hi," tipid na sagot ko tsaka ako naupo sa isang kama. Inabutan muna ako nung matandang babae ng isang handbook bago siya umalis, si Rachel na daw ang bahala sa akin.

Anong klaseng paaralan 'to? Ipinapasa lang nila sa mga estudyante nila ang gawain nila.

"It's nice meeting you Sarah." I nodded "Same here.. so, where is my bed?" nilibot niya ang paningin niya at agad na tumigil doon sa color brown na wooden bed. Kama niya kasi itong inuupuan ko, may nakalagay na name plate sa head board. Agad na lumipat ako doon sa tinuro niyang kama tsaka ako nahiga. Bahala sila! Hindi ako papasok. Sinubsob ko lang ang mukha ko sa unan. Buti na lang may foam ang kama nila akala ko kasi kahoy lang talaga.

"Classes will start at 9 o'clock Sarah. I think we better get going." I heared her say pero hindi ko siya pinansin, bahala siya. I know she's just concern pero bakit ba? I just hate what my parents did to me.. putting me in prison is not right.

"Go to your class if that's what you want.. hindi ako papasok." I heared her sigh. Tsaka ko naramdaman na naupo siya sa gilid ng kama ko. I faced her. "Just leave me alone Rachel." I saw a smile formed from her face. Naaasar na tuloy ako sa mga palangiti.. it reminds me of my freakin' crazy sister.

"We still have an hour to waste. Sasamahan na muna kita dito." napailing na lang ako sa sinabi niya. "You just said awhile ago that we better get going tapos ngayon we still have an hour to waste? God! You're unpredictable." she laughed at me. What's so funny?

"Mag to-tour kasi sana muna tayo sa buong village before class, pero it looks like pagod ka pa kaya ayaw mo."

"I'm not tired okay? I just wanna get out of here." her forehead creased. "It's so much fun here at Emerie, baka nga sa susunod hindi mo na magustuhang umalis dito e."

"That wont happen Rachel.. I'll fail all my subjects hindi ako papasok.. I'll do everything just to get out of here."

"Failing your grades wont be the reason para paalisin ka nila dito.. If you really want to get out of here, then break the rule."

"What rule?.." I curiously asked she just handed me the handbook na bigay sakin nung matanda kanina. Pagkabukas na pagkabukas ko doon, yung rule agad ang una kong nakita. What the fudge! "..no internet connections, no gadgets, no to everything that is related to the modern world! Is this even real? How can I live without all this?"

"Nakaya naming mabuhay ng wala 'yan.. I'm sure makakaya mo 'din." she interrupted. Parang gusto ko ng maiyak, I've heared of Emerie before but I never knew na ganito pala dito. Anong mangyayari sa amin ni Grae? Magkalayo na nga kami tapos mawawalan pa kami ng communication? Ugh! This is killing me! Gusto ko ng maglupasay sa kama ko ng muling magsalita si Rachel. "You haven't red the rule.. keep on reading." ginawa ko nga ang sinabi niya nagpatuloy ako sa pagbabasa at halos lumuwa ang mata ko sa nabasa ko.

Every student is strictly forbidden to.. fall in love.

"God! What kind of rule is this?" nagkibit-balikat siya. "I dunno,"

"Do they think na kaya nila tayong pigilan mainlove? If that's what they want edi sana ginawa na lang nila itong exclusive school for girls only.. bakit naglagay sila ng mga lalaki dito kung ayaw pala nilang may mabuo na love?"
