I said good bye to Brook whilst heading out the door. Literature was my first class and I couldn't be late. I walked through out the Arts wing with my map in hand and my hair constantly waving in my eyes. The windy day had already got the best of me and I shivered in relief when I found my class.

Much like I planned, I arrived ten minutes early and no one else was seated. I sighed heavily and sat down slightly towards the front but not in the middle. It seemed like the best place to sit in high school, so I assumed university would be the same. Students started to roll in, mostly girls and most of them dressed quite casually. When I pictures a literature class in London I imagined trench coats and leather shoes, they were dressed just like teenagers should be. The culture shock wasn't as big as I presumed it would be.

After class I pulled out my phone to see a text from work. Just like Colin had said, my shifts would be texted to me. I saved the times into my phone and kept walking to my next class. Wednesday from eleven o'clock until five, and Sunday nine until three. I was happy only having two shifts. As much as I loved taking on to much than I was probably capable of, I'm glad Colin saw I needed to ease into working and attending university, before I started overworking myself.

Only being a couple minutes early to politics, I wasn't able to choose my seat. I nervously stumbled around my politics class as I searched for any desk that wasn't directly at the front. Unfortunately there was only a few spots reserved in the two front rows. I decided to sit next to a blonde boy in the second row.

"Hey, I'm Niall." The boy spoke. He didn't sound English but he definitely wasn't American either.

"Henly." I stuttered, smiling anxiously as the bright smiled boy  introduced himself to others around him. He was very confident, cocky even, but everyone seemed to like him. What can I say, he was just like able.

Through out the class, I managed to keep up with the professor although she spoke very quickly. Politics was my best subject in school and although I didn't want to pursue it, I figured if I could get good grades easily it would make studying for my major easier. Literature was my major and I worked extensively to get good grades in school. After what seemed like hours the professor dismissed us and I filed out along side all the other students.

I loved university. Only two lectures a day and Wednesday's off, it was exactly how I liked it. I heard my phone vibrating in my bag so I reached to grab it when I realized it was Joe's phone and not mine. I didn't know whether I should have answered it, but maybe I could return it to Joe sooner. That was the reason I slipped it into my bag in the first place. The name on the screen read "Sistaaaa". I hesitantly stepped onto the elevator and answered.

"Hello?" I squeaked as the doors closed on the lift.

"Who's this?" an unfamiliar voice echoed on the other end. It was a girl with a cute voice and I assumed it was Joe's sister from the contact that appeared.

"Sorry, I'm Henly. Joe left his phone in my dorm." I defended my self lightly. I didn't want her to think I stole it or something.

"Oh." She giggled and I heard a door close behind her.

"I'm Zoe, sorry my brothers a bit of a tosser." She chimed, and I could tell she was shaking her head in disapproval. Tosser? I really needed to catch up on the slang.

"Can you just tell that plonker when you see him that I want to go over our collab ideas?" She asked sweetly. Plonker? It didn't sound like a nice word, but I could tell she said it lovingly for a humorous effect.

"No problem." I agreed stepping off the lift. Before I could tell her I really didn't even know Joe at all, she had already thanked me and hung up. I wondered what a collab was as I shook my heavy coat off and fiddled with my keys. I opened my door and was so glad my classes were over. I took my shoes off and grabbed Oreos out of my bedside drawer. Brook must have been out and it was the first time I had the place to myself, so I took advantage of the silence.
