I thought, if people wouldn't accept you for who you are then maybe they would accept you for someone they like better than you.
They tell you to just be you but then they start to judge you and that just confuses me.

I can relate to Alphys and Asriel.
Alphys and I, we both think that if we pretend to be someone else, others will like us better than our real self. We just lie about who we're not.
Asriel and I, we both believe we don't need anyone. We don't need anyone else. We can do just fine on our own. Without anyone else.
