Chapter 5

Naomi POV

"Justin"

"Hey" he says again

We stare at each other for what felt like hours when it was only a few seconds. He's changed a lot. He has more tattoos he's more fit and his face is just beautiful. He was beautiful back 5 years ago but now he's just so god damn beautiful it's scary. I see where my daughter got her looks from.

"What are you doing here" I managed to spit out

"I-I came to talk to you about the tour"

"Why" I asked suddenly confused

"I just wanted to make sure that you really were okay and comfortable with coming on the trip with me" he said biting his lip and looking me in the eyes.

"Yeah I'm fine with it I told you to tell your you boss to email mine and we'll go from there" I said

"Yeah I know but i-i wanted to make sure and I also want to see you before the tour cause I didn't want it to be too awkward when we saw each other after 5 years of no communication whatsoever. I wanted this moment right here right now to be awkward so when the tour starts we're already a little bit more comfortable with each other like the old days" he finished looking me in the eyes.

"Oh well that's nice um.." I said not knowing what to say

"Yeah.."

There was silence not an awkward one just comfortable silence. I think we both was so consumed in our thoughts we didn't even see or hear Patrick walk in and out until the door slammed shut scarring the both of us.

We both jumped and looked at each other

"Um I better go um yeah Naomi it was nice seeing you again" he said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Yeah you too Justin really good actually" he looked at me and smiled then looked back down

"Do you- Do you want to get coffee sometime" he asked with his adorable smile.

"Of course how about tomorrow I'm off tomorrow" I said giving him a warm smile.

"Sounds good I'll text you" he said walking closer and hugging me.

I was shocked at first then I just melted into his arms. Gosh I missed this so much his large arms wrapped about my tiny waist and my head nuzzled up against his chest and his head resting one top of mine. He would always hug me like this when I was having a bag day.

We stayed in each other's embrace for a few more second ps before we pulled away and he smiled at me

"I'll see you later Mi" he said and my heart warmed at him calling me the old nickname he called me back in high school.

I smiled at him

"Later juju" he turned around and smiled then walked out the door closing it gently.

I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.  I smiled at myself then went and sat at my desk thinking about what just happened.

"Ooo girl you about to spill what the hell that was about" Patrick said walking in and closing the door behind him

I laughed at my best friend before I tell him what happened which wasn't much to tell in the first place.

"He hugged you girl he wants it" pat said making me laugh more.

"I don't think it works like that pat" I said trying to stop myself from laugh any harder than I already was

"Whatever" he said rolling his eyes

I laughed some more then looked down at my phone. I got a text from Justin.

From: Justin

Do you think I can meet your daughter before the tour too?

My world just stopped at the simple sentence in front of me. How am I going to explain to Justin that he has a daughter. Do I tell him or do I let him figure it out on his own? She looks exactly like him only only an idiot wouldn't believe she's not his daughter.

"Oh Patrick what am I going to do" I said groaning and putting my head between my hands.

"What happened" he asked

"Justin just asked to meet Serenity" Patrick gasped

"Your gonna have to tell him sooner or later"

"I'd rather go with later" I said looking up at Patrick he didn't look very happy with my answer.

"Naomi" he started

"Your going to have to tell him. It's his child too he's already missed the last 5 years of her life he shouldn't miss anymore" he has a point

"Yes but I don't think it's the right time to tell him"

"Okay let's make a deal" he says sitting up straight

"Okay" I said mimicking him and getting suddenly interested in the conversation we were having.

"If Justin doesn't realize that serenity is his halfway through the tour you have to tell him"

"What" I asked a little confused about this "deal"

"If Justin doesn't figure out on his own that serenity is his daughter.. Then you will have to tell him." He said clearing it up a bit.

I sat and thought about it. That would be a better way if he just figured it out on his own. I hope he does anyway Justin isn't really know for making the smartest of choices and being the smartest egg in the basket.

"Deal" I said getting up and shaking his hand I smiled at him and he smiled back.

Man I hope Justin figures this out cause I don't think I will be able to tell him that she is his.

Finally an update sorry guys I really am.
