Garroth was only one of my best friends. My other best friends' name is Kira. I met her in 8th grade but, I bet she would have acted like Garroth when we were in 7th grade.
Kira is someone that doesn't care what bad things other people think about her.
I wish I could've been like that.
She always tells me, "Bullies are f#cking @s$holes who are just f#cking with your mind."
In other words, she tries to remind me that whatever they do, whenever they do it, you just have to keep their thoughts away from yours.
I love her.
But not like I love Garroth.
(Just making that clear)
Anyways, today is the first day of school.
I haven't been hanging out with Garroth that much ever since I realized my feelings towards him.
I hope nothing goes bad.

I arrived at Phoenix Drop High School with Kira right next to me.
"Don't worry about your feelings, Aph. This is the start of a new year, new beginnings."
Kira was right. (Like she always was)
That's why its great to have a best friend like her.
But I started to rethink my best friend choosing choices when Garroth was walking straight toward us......
And Kira just walked away smiling.
